Maya's POV After finding the doctors daughter we go find Ban. Honestly what's the rush? I adjust my armor.

I get hit by a piece of rubble. "OUCH!! HEY!!" I yell. I cover my mouth. "Well. Well. Well. Who's the cutie Captain?" "You don't remember me?" "Wait Maya from the fairy tree? Long time no see." "Maya's a fairy?" Ask Diane and Hawk. "She doesn't have any wings." "Sure she does. Show em." I go show my wings.

I don't need your help nor do I want it." "Easy. I haven't seen you in ten years. I want to catch up." "Oh how sweet." "So how how are you?" "Well let me see. Seven hundred twenty years ago my best friend goes off to find my boyfriend and never comes back. Then twenty years ago you show up. Then Elaine dies and we became immortal. Ten weeks after that I get my wings nearly ripped off by humans only to find out that my boyfriend was killed by my best friend. Then I get framed for murder. So yeah I'm doing great!" "Um. I take this opportunity to spoon her. I feel her tense up then relax to my touch. For someone who just yelled at the top of her lungs that she didn't want to share a room she was being very cooperative. "I miss holding you like this. You still smell like cherry blossoms. And your warm." "And you're still a flirt." "Goodnight Maya." "Night Ban." I wait a little bit until I know that she's asleep. I then place a small kiss on her head and fall asleep myself.
