Hearths Poison 《completed》

part four

(Magnus pov) 
   Alex and I had left to go back to her room. I was so stuck in my head that I walked into a wall and the door. 
   “Wow, Magnus…” she said after I walked into the bookshelf. (I’m clumsy okay)  I didn’t respond. I felt like I had failed. If I can’t save him… Well, I didn’t want to think about it. 
   “Maggie?” Alex asked. “Are u okay?” 
   “No Alex I am not!” I hadn’t realized that I was crying until my voice broke.  
   “Come on bean town everything will work out. Hearth will be okay.” 
    “But that's just it Alex! My power did nothing! If I can’t save him…” I dissolved. I started full out sobbing. 
    After I calmed down a bit I told Alex about the vision. 
    “Weird,” she said.   
   “Thank you for your expert advice,” I said.
   “You should tell Blitz,” she said. “He could know who and what happened, it could also help heal Hearth.” 
    I nodded. But I was going to give Blitz a minute.
