Sam gave us a ride to Alfheim, or shall I say drop. That’s right, to get to the bright land of Alfheim you have to fall out of the sky. Let me tell you that it was a terrifying experience. Nothing like falling out of the sky with your friends and dieing boyfriend. Once we landed, rather roughly mind you, we immediately set off for Elanor palace. About halfway through the day we got smart and had a half-conscious Hearth summon Stanlee. After a while, we stopped for the night, all of us exhausted. Magnus and Alex instantly fell asleep together. Someone touched my shoulder. Turning around I saw Hearth standing behind me.
“Hearth you can stand?!” He fell into my arms then.
‘You jinxed me,’ he signed. That comment earned a kiss.
‘I’m sorry babe.’ I replied.
‘How are you feeling?’ I asked.
‘Pretty shitty how bout you?’
‘Okay’
‘Your lying’
‘No’
‘Yes, you’re very worried’
‘Should I not be?’
‘Magnus will-’ Hearth groaned. ‘Leena worse’
Poor Hearth, he is in so much pain and I can’t do anything! I felt so terrible. Whenever he was in trouble before I could always fix it. But this time I couldn’t do anything, and it made me so anxious.
‘I love you’
He smiled up at me before falling asleep.
