Spring's P.O.V

After that incident I've finally decided to forget about her and to move on. However, to achieve that I need to have some time away from her.

....FLASHBACK....

"I'm so sorry Spring please forgive me I won't do it again...." Raven stated sadly

"I'm sorry Raven but I can't forgive you that easily. Please give me some space. I've been hurt too many times you knew my feelings for you but still. I didn't obligate you to love me back did I? Even though it hurts seeing you with all those women I endured it so that we can still stay together as best friends." I paused and sighed

"However forgetting your best friend's birthday and not attending it just for a booty call, that is just too much and I've had enough. Raven you know that I love you but now I think it's time that I love myself first. After that, I will find myself a woman that deserves me and my love." I continued

That was my last conversation with Raven. Even though we live in the same dorm room, I ignored her and acted like I was alone. Raven didn't try to talk to me because I'm pretty sure that she can tell that I'm not ready to talk to her just yet.

To completely move on from Raven, I decided to talk to the dorm head and applied for a room transfer.

Three days after I filed for a room transfer, my request was accepted and I was ready to move out.

I was almost finished packing my things when the door suddenly opened and Raven arrived.

I ignored her presence and continued packing.

However, I was startled when Raven suddenly approached me.

"Please don't leave me, please forgive me, please give me another chance and I swear I won't blow it." Raven begged

"What made you think that you deserve another chance Raven?" I said while I stood up to face her

"Be-because I l-love you so much, just imagining the thought of you not beside me kills me. I'm sorry for hurting you but I was a coward to face my feelings. However, please believe me when I say I love you and I beg you never to say that you'll find another woman to replace me. You're mine and I won't let you get taken by another woman. Call me selfish but that is just how it is." Raven confessed while tears flow down her beautiful face

For a moment, I stared at her dumbfounded. As her best friend I knew that Raven never cried.

She was always strong and tough to crack so therefore, after I heard those words I knew what I had to do.

I slapped Raven hard.

Even before she got over the shock, I embraced her tightly and silently sobbed.

"Raven, I hate that I am stupid enough to give you another chance and most importantly I hate the fact that I can't hate you because I love you so f*cking much." I uttered

I looked at her directly in the eyes and said

"Raven, hear me when I say that this is your last chance to show your love for me. If you hurt me again, trust me, I will personally kill you myself, understood?" I said while glaring at her

"I understand. I promise you I will show you how much I love you and I will cherish you the way that you should be cherished. You are my first love and I'll make sure that you will be my last, are we clear?" Raven said while looking at me lovingly

"Of course." I replied with a smile
