Daisuga - The Wizard's Apprentice

Chapter Six

Suga's POV

I woke up, still in Daichi's arms. I heard the door slam open.

"GET IT SUGA!" Noya yelled. Daichi shot up, wide awake. Once he saw that it was just Noya, he threw a pillow at him.

"What time is it?" Daichi said, sounding extremely tired.

"Guys! It's only 6:30!" The prince exclaimed "I've got a date to prepare for, and who better to help me than you two lovebirds." 

I grabbed my wand and pointed it at him.

"Flip eum!" I shouted. The prince was floating upside down. He crossed his small arms over his chest.

"Put me down commoner! My guards are outside and you two are coming to my castle." Nishinoya said. I put him down with the flick of my wrist. He grabbed my arm and dragged me out of my bed.

Accepting our fate, Daichi and I reluctantly got up. I lent him some nice clothes, we got ready, and the small prince pushed us into his carriage. It was then that I realized I was going to a castle. A whole ass castle! Nishinoya hardly acted like royalty, so it was hard to wrap my head around. Tsukisima was sitting in the corner of the carriage, mumbling something about strawberry shortcake. 

"My maid, Yachi is going to be there. She gets scared easily, so watch what you say to her." Nishinoya warned. 

Eventually, we made it to the castle. It was large, made out of primarily stone, and had large orange and black banners. There was a large entrance and a moat with two small towers on the side of a large middle building. It has bigger than anything I had ever seen (That's what she said). An intense looking butler opened the carriage door and the four of us stepped out.

"You guys should meet my mom! She would love you! My dad is on a trip to the kingdom of Aoba Johsai, so it's just her." Nishinoya said, running up to the gigantic doors of the castle.

"Your mom? As in the queen?" I muttered to myself. 

The prince bolted up the stairs to the door, ran inside, and came back with a small woman. She had brown hair like Noya, with a blond stripe in the front of her hair.  She was wearing a fancy dark-blue dress. She was very, very short and round. She had a very sweet smile, and was accompanied by a blond girl wearing a simple maid outfit.

"Which one of these two are your shoe merchant?" The Queen asked her son.

"Neither of them Ma. They're here to help me get ready for my date."

"How sweet! Don't get into too much trouble okay?" She said, patting Noya on the head. Noya showed us the way to his room, it was large, and filled with hundreds of shoes.

"Noya, if you don't mind me asking, why the hell do you have so many shoes?" Daichi asked. 

"It gives me an excuse to see my bae" Noya said, running to his big, brown dresser. Tsukishima rolled his eyes and walked outside of the room, guarding the door.

Nishinoya ran around, throwing clothes everywhere. His small maid, Yachi, ran around behind him, trying to pick clothes up as fast as she could.

"Sir! Please calm down!" Yachi begged.

"I got this, Princeps frigore!" I said, pointing my wand at Noya. He stopped dead in his tracks. I released the spell.

"Sorry guys, I just really need to look my best!"  He continued running around, but he threw less clothes. He grabbed four outfits, ran into his bathroom, and hosted a small fashion show.

The first outfit was hideous. The second outfit wasn't much better. The third and the fourth were terrible too.

"Suga! Help me! Do some Cinderella stuff!" Noya whined.

"You are kinda like a fairy god mother. No offence." Daichi added, not helping my case.

"I could try, but my magic isn't usually used for clothes. " I pulled out my wand again. I took a deep breath. "Pulchra vestimenta sua!" 

I looked up at Noya, who was wearing a pretty ball gown. Yachi let out a small giggle, and Daichi started laughing extremely hard. Noya started laughing too.

" Syreni transformatio!" I shouted. Noya turned into a mermaid. Everyone stopped laughing. Despite the hilarious sight of Noya with a tail and a shell bra, I tried a third time.

"Date principi placuit vestis!" This time, my spell worked. He had a nice red dress shirt on with black pants. He had a nice belt, shiny black shoes, and his hair was styled down.

"How pretty!" Yachi said, lightly clapping her hands together.

"I would say I'm a snack but I look like a whole meal." Nishinoya said, looking at himself in the mirror. Daichi and I exchanged confused looks. I shrugged it off, for I never understand what the hell that shrimp is talking about.

Asahi's POV:

I paced back and forward in my room. I cant believe I'm going on I date with ROYALTY! 

What if his parents think I'm scary? What if I get executed? What if he says that he was joking? Should I bring the dog he gave me? What if he hates my hair? Wha- 

"Asahi! Stop pacing in there! Your shaking the house!"  My roommate shouted. Kiyoko and I moved in together in the cottage behind my shoe store. She knew about my date, everyone did. The prince cause a scene when he asked me out, and people have been asking me about it nonstop. 

"Sorry! I can't help it." I replied. I couldn't ask her for advice on guys when all she does is reject them. Kiyoko was a female knight. Normally, knights sleep in the castle, but because she is a woman, they couldn't stick her with a bunch of creepy men.

"That man bun is too tight. If you keep doing that you'll go bald." She snapped.

I quickly took my hair out of the bun in fear.
