It's been a week since i got to this school & i've only been hanging with Jaylun, Muffin & her friends still hadn't come back to school yet.
Whoever was in the hospital must've been real fucked up.
In this little bit of time, me & Jaylun bonded pretty well, right now we were eating out at Applebee's.
I don't usually go out places with people i just met a week ago, but she offered to pay for everything & ian finna turn down no food.
I never got the chance to ask Muffin if she knew her, at this point it wasn't really a need to i'm pretty sure she was probably already friends with her being how kind Jaylun was.
Once we made it there we looked at the menus to see what we wanted & after doing that Jaylun decided we "Learn more about eachother."
I let her go first.
"So my life's pretty much boring," she said "I had a boyfriend who just recently used me."
"Used you how?" i said
"Well. I gave him my virginity, bought him anything he wanted & allat. So he left me for some other bitch."
"Damn, he lame as fuck for that." i said.
"Well what about you? Any bad relationships?"
Even though she's cool, I don't really know her to be telling her my business.
"Nah." i lied.
"Well what'd you do in SC? What's it like?"
"I played ball there, it's pretty cool. Real different from here."
"Oh word you good at it?"
I laughed at her question. "You ain't never seen me on the high school basketball highlights?"
She shook her head no so i showed her a few highlights.
A few turned into about 30, by that time our food had came.
I ordered the chicken Alfredo from the 2 for $20 list, she got something ian know the name of.
The shit looked something a Vegan would eat.
After eating, we headed back to the school, where my car was parked.
Like i said, i didn't really know her like that, so i didn't want her to take me home.
People be crazy & shit.
When we arrived to the school i told her bye & thanks & opened my door to leave her car.
Before i could get out she stopped me & asked me if she could talk to me about something.
I told her sure & watched as she proceeded to cry.
I looked at her in confusion.
What the fuck she crying for?
"I didn't tell you the complete truth about my ex, Tre'vontay."
i didn't say anything, just waited for her to finish.
"There was once a time where i didn't want to have sex but he did, so he raped me. Brutally raped me. I threatened to tell, so he then beat on me. That's why we broke up. Things have been so hard for me i just feel so useless."
She held her wrist at me, which had cuts on it.
Soooooo she's suicidal?
I guess i wa supposed to comfort her..
