Without Colour

Imagine

You can't describe a colour.
Try.
Describe the colour Yellow to someone who has never seen the sun, who has never seen the twinkling of a star.
Try to tell someone what Blue looks like when they've never gazed upon the ocean, in all its different shades of Turquoise and and Aquamarine.
Close your eyes and erase the colour from the grass or the leaves of an Evergreen- as if there were never Green.
Touch a stove and picture your finger turning anything other than Red as the heat overcomes your skin.
What is Orange, or Pink or a soft Plum without a sunset or the flames dying out quickly.

The world isn't Black and White. We couldn't even picture it. No classic movie, or old picture could make us imagine a world without colour.
