"HEY JEFF CAN YOU HOLD THE LADDER FOR ME?" Olivia was currently making the final touches on Todd and Scott's surprise going away party. Todd ambushed her last week about him going on tour with Scott and he had also told her he didn't want the distance to ruin the relationship they had formed over the past month. Olivia then knew she needed to put together the perfect goodbye party and if she didn't put up this banner before they arrived she wouldn't be able to enjoy the night.

Olivia hung the right side of the banner before loosing her footing and toppling down on Jeff, who landed directly on his back. Jeff lifted his head slightly just as Olivia titled hers down and their noses brushed, suddenly both of their hearts suddenly beating faster. Jeff held eye contact with Olivia before looking to her lips, Olivia doing the same as their faces slowly eased together.

"Guys they're here!" David yelled, leading Olivia to jump off Jeff and back on her feet.

They both tried to shake off the awkwardness of the situation. They'd had this electrifying tension between them recently and found themselves in situations a lot similar to the one they were in only moments ago. Jeff and Olivia avoided eye contact hoping to brush off what 'almost' happened. Just as David pulls out his camera the doorknob began to turn and everybody got into position.

"SURPRISE!"

Olivia watched the grins appear on the boy's faces. They had suspicious of a surprise party but assumed it'd be at David's so Olivia suggested her house as she wanted them to actually be surprised.

"Aww, you guys!" Scott said beginning to tear up. His music hadn't taken off until recently and he was given the opportunity to go on a world tour. Scott kissed his girlfriend Kristen while Todd approached Olivia.

"What are you gonna do without me?" Todd asked smiling down at his younger sister, who sarcastically pouted at him as she rolled her eyes.

"Can we just get fucked up?" Olivia hoped to skip the whole goodbye conversation as she knows her heart can't handle it.

Todd reaches for a bottle of Tito's and hands it to Olivia, who downs the liquid.

"Your 21 right?" He asks and Olivia punches him in the arm, not appreciating his joke.

She places the bottle back on the drink table and drags Todd to the middle of the living room, turning on the sound system.

The party had burned down to Olivia, David, Natalie, and Jeff. Todd and Scott left before they got too intoxicated as they had an early flight the next morning. Olivia had also barely drank as she had spent the party flirt and talking with Jeff.

Now the remaining four were now gathered on Olivia's couch, Olivia and Jeff a little too close together. Olivia was fully turned to face Jeff, heels off, and legs brushing against his. David and Natalie were uncomfortable watching the chemistry between the two. Jeff yawned and his hand shifted to Olivia's thigh. That was the breaking point, both David and Natalie stood up and gathered their things.

"Hey uhh, Dav and I are gonna go now but thanks for hosting." Natalie said with a strange expression on her face, Olivia stood up and leaned against the hallway door as she waved to them.

"See you guys tomorrow, 9am right?" Natalie nodded, picking up her purse and following David out the door.

Jeff and Olivia both stood in the hallway silently both looking away from each other trying to avoid acting on the lust and desire that was building by the second.
