prologue

"Ms. Monterey? Introduce yourself in the class."

I don't know how. It was my first day of being a college student.

Kinakabahan ako, hindi ko alam kung paano ako tatayo sa kinauupuan ko.

Hindi dahil sa first day kaya ako kinakabahan kung hindi dahil mismo sa professor ko.

I knew him! Siya yung lalaking... Yung lalaking naka one night stand ko! Fuck!

"Who is Ms. Monterey?" he repeated.

I raised my hand and then I stand.
I had no choice, lahat sila nagtitinginan kung saan-saan para alamin kung sino ba ang estudyanteng tinatawag ng aming professor.

It was freaking awkward!

"I am, Sir Guevarra." sabi ko at nakuha ko ang atensiyon ng lahat pati na rin ang professor ko.
Nagkatitigan kami ng ilang sandali.

"Can you now introduce yourself?" walang gana niyang tanong.

And as the way that he stare upon me, I guess... I'm safe!

Sa tingin ko hindi niya ako natatandaan! Yehey! Nakahinga naman ako ng maluwag.

Tumikhim ako then I proudly introduced myself.

"I am Stacey Monterey. Nice to meet you all." then I neatly seated on my chair.

"Okay, next is Mr. Merger..." my professor said.

Hays. I passed! I'm so grateful na hindi niya ako natatandaan. Buti na lang talaga! I'm so relieved.

Medyo madilim na din dahil hapon na natapos ang aming klase.

Papunta ako sa locker ng biglang may humablot saakin at tinakpan ang bibig ko, hinila niya ako papunta sa loob ng isang storage room malapit lang din sa locker.

Gusto ko sana pumiglas at sumigaw ng isandal niya ako sa pader at titigan ako. Natigilan ako ng makitang

What the?

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko ng mapagtantong ang nasa harapan ko pala ngayon ay s-si Sir Dylan Guevarra?!

"Do you really thought that I didn't remember you?" he seriously asked with his emerald eyes staring at me.

He was really damn beautiful.

All of sudden he smirked.
