happy never after

Chapter 2

I got up to my mom screaming in to my room to get up. For a minuet I forgot why, then I realized that the car was coming at 11am to get me. I jumped up and got my dress, it was a dark blue with glitter around the bottom. I throw it on like nothing and got down stairs just in time to eat a little breakfast. I had just brushed my teeth and put up my hair when the door bell rang. I dashed to the living room and down the hall to the door, my mom was already there. As I got to the door the driver asked me to follow him and put me in the back of a long car. It was a long drive, but I got to listen to music and look out side. the town looked so pretty for the first time in forever. I could barley stay still. There was so much more to see when we got closer. There was girls in their dresses on there way to church. Some where just siting on their step watching as cars go by. Time was flying by on that long car ride. We finally where at the castle. It was a large wall at first, but when I get past the gates the palace was a huge white fort with glass door's. There was man out side waiting for me . They took me back to the room that they said was mine until I was allowed to leave. I didn't know what that meant. I could hardly focus on what was being said to me, I was to busy seeing what was around me. After the tour, they walked me to the garden. It was so full of life, there was flowers all over the place. I am not kidding, the flowers where up the walls and on the path I walked on. Once I got to the center of it I saw the queen waiting for me under a tree, in a swing. There was one right next to her. She signalled for me to come sit with her. I was so surprised that she did that. No one ever tells me just to come sit down. I walked over and joined the queen. She asked me how I was doing and the normal things you ask when you just meat. I told her about my sister and mother and that I never know my dad. Also that I was fifteen and it was weird that she messaged me to be here. Then she told me about her self and her son who die fifteen years ago. Then a man came holding a tray with drinks and food for us. I had never seen someone bring me food. I was use to doing that, it was strange. It was fun to be treated nice for once. I just sat there though until the queen told me to have some. I didn't like it that much, it seemed mean to not give some to the man, just sitting there eating right there where he just stud there watching. But I couldn't ask the queen if he gets food to. So I swallowed my words and ate the food." I hope you love it here." the queen said as we ate. "What do you mean?" I asked. " They didn't tell you!" she exclaimed."No." I answer slowly. "You are going to stay here for a while, so you get comfortable her." she whispered as she ate a little more."WHAT!!! I thought I was going home after this!' I yelled as I jumped off the swing."My family needs me back home. I told my sister that I was coming home to day! She will be crushed!" I told her." I'm sorry! But if you are going to be the next queen you will need to know about every thing that goes on here!" She exclaimed as she jumped up."What! If I'm going to be WHAT!" I asked as I backed way from her. "Your father was my son. and now that he is dead you are the next in line for the crown. I'm sorry that they didn't tell you but they are not really bright on timing.
