Chapter 1: On Our Way

 Before you start reading I just wanna let you know this isn't like my other story with point of views.  In this story your gonna be reading from first point of view as a young teenager, named Cami.  Still coming up with ideas for future chapters so if you have any ideas feel free to comment any ideas.            

               It all started off as a normal day. I Woke up, took a shower, brushed my teeth, and brushed my hair. As I got ready I looked at the clock to see that it was 9: 47 I was late for school, I rushed to my living room, put on my shoes, grabbed my keys and ran to my car. I put the keys in the engine, and drove off. While I was at the red light, I realized I forgot my backpack. I couldn't go back and get it because then I was gonna be more late, but I would get in trouble for not having my materials. So I drove back and got my backpack and made my way back to school. I parked grabbed my backpack, got out and locked the door. I walked in to the school and made my way to my second period class. I walked in to hear the teacher introducing a new student. I sat down at my desk and I couldn't stop staring at the new student. " Cami since you were late, why Don't you introduce yourself to the new student" The teacher said. The new student sat next to me and smiled. Hi, I told him. He said hi back and I couldn't stop smiling for some reason " My names Corbyn by the way" he said. And I introduced myself, I'm Cami. While we were taking notes I couldn't stop thinking about him. I felt like me and him could be really good friends but I didn't know what would happen next. The bell rang and we got dismissed. 

   I went to my locker during the biggening of lunch to put my books away. While I was heading to the cafeteria I saw my best friends Ally, and Alex that just came back from camp. I ran up to them and hugged both of them. We all made our way to the cafeteria, we grabbed our lunch and sat a table. We were all talking about Corbyn the new student. And as we kept talking  Corbyn passed by looking kinda sad. We didn't know why, so we told him to sit with us. Corbyn sat with us, and we all just had a conversation. Corbyn wanted to leave early so he did. While me and the girls kept eating Alex brought up that we should all take a vacation to the Bahamas. I said yea why not and Ally said yea too. We all still had one week before spring break so we left after that week.

The next morning, I already had packed all my things and me and the girls met up at my place and drove to the airport. We made it to the airport and got on the plane and we were on our way to the best vacation ever, in the Bahamas.
