One Torrid Love

CHAPTER 15

(That week went by as usual, and one day Jun goes to his father's office)

JUN - "I have something to tell you, father.'

JM - "What is it?"

JUN - "I have a woman, who I love and want to marry her."

JM - "What does she do?"

(Jun paused for a while, knowing that his father will not accept it)

JUN - "She works at a bar as bartender"

JM - "What kind of nonsense is it Jun? Do you care about the company's reputation? What will people say when they see you are dating a bartender?"

JUN - "I don't care about what people say...."

JM - "If you love her so much, tell her to leave her job and work for us. Then I will think about it"

JUN - ["She will never leave her job, I know"](bows down and leaves)

(Jun and Somi meet a park later that evening)

SOMI - "Hey babe(kisses his cheek) I missed you so much and I have good news for you"

JUN -(hugs  her) "I don't know how to convince my fa..."

SOMI - "Mhm...listen to me first. What do you want? A girl or a boy?"

JUN - "I want a girl, but why are you asking me? Wait a second, Are you..."

SOMI - "Yes Jun, I am pregnant!"

(Jun carries her and spins around)

JUN- "Yeah, I am going to be a father"(pulls her and kisses her lips)

{The next morning at Park's office}

Mr. Kim - "It's good to see you are in your good health."

Mr. Jang - "Yes, since my son has taken over my place, I have some free time to look after my health."

Mr. Kim - "That's true. My daughter insisted on taking my company and handling my responsibilities even though I told her to enjoy her life."

Mr. Jang - "Your daughter must be dear to you."

Mr. Kim - "Yes , she is. Now that her age has come, I want her to settle and get married. But its hard to find a good guy these days."

Mr. Jang - "My son is single if you want these two can go out together and figure things out."

Mr. Kim - "That will be a good idea." I will send my daughter tomorrow here. And if your son is free, they can go out together."

Mr. Jang - "Sure."
["Jun won't listen if I tell him now. Let her daughter come, then I will call him"]

{The next morning}

(Jangmin calls jun to his office)

(Jun knocks and then enters the room)

(he sees his father chatting and laughing with a lady back facing me)

JM - "Come Jun. Meet Mr. Kim's daughter."

JUN - (Doesn't look at the lady)["I knew father will do something like this. I have to reject this lady first so that she will leave"]"Father I told you I don't want to...."

(Jangmin glares at him)

Lady - "Don't scold your son, Mr. park. I can convince him to go out with me, you know how good I am at convincing things."

JM - "Haha, yes yes. I lost this game of chess with you."

JUN - ["Why does this voice sound so familiar?"](looks at her)
(gasps)"SOMI!"

JM - "You already know her. She is the daughter of my friend Mr. Kim, Kim Somi."'

SOMI - "Let's have a talk outside Mr. Jun. Shall we? (smirks at him)
"I will get going Mr. park. Nice to meet you"(bows down)

JM - "Yes. Jun take a leave for today and go out with her."

(Jun looks at her still astonished)

JUN - "What just happened? You are the daughter of Mr. Kim and CEO of the company Kim's Standard and co.?"

SOMI - "Didn't I mention it earlier? Oops my bad"(laughs at him)
"So when are we getting married, Mr. Jun?"(comes closer to Jun's ear)"It's getting hard to hid this baby bump."

JUN - (hugs her tightly)"God Somi, I was so scared of losing you. How did you plan all this?"

SOMI - "Come to my place tonight, I will explain to you the details"(winks and walks away)
"Aren't you coming with me? You have a day off. Let's go on an official date, Mr. Jun."

JUN - (pulls her and kisses her)"What more could I have asked for, babygirl?
