"Yah Chaeng-ah, ever since I saw you with that guy you are acting all secretive and mysterious!" Lisa says

Rosé didn't reply instead she changed the subject

"Lisa can someone start liking another after a few minutes of talking?"

"Maybe, but people say you can fall in love in 8 seconds!" Lisa talks in confidence

"If people fell in love in 8 seconds then everyone would have fallen for each other"  Rosé replies munching on her apple slice

"I don't know Chaeng-ah I've never dated..." Lisa responds

"I thought you and BamBam used to date!" Rosé says giving Lisa a innocent look

"WHAT! NO! He is like a brother to me! We are best friends, we grew up together!" Lisa replies crossing arms with a pout as Rosé tried to hold her giggles

Jungkook POV

" I should have just asked for her contact number" I talk to myself

I lay on my bed thinking about her

Its like when people talk about those moments in shopping malls where you see someone but won't get to see them again

How can I be thinking about someone this much? Rosé why are you always in my head?

"I'll go out and get myself some banana milk"
I grab my mask and cap and wear my hoodie and head out to the nearest store.

I open the door and enter the convenience store and head to the milk section. I was about to grab the banana milk until a warm small hand also reached for the milk, I turn around to see a familiar orange headed figure and she seems to recognize me too!

"Rosé?" She quickly shushes me

"Yah someone might hear shh! Come" she grabs my wrist gently and pay for the banana milks and brought me outside to a bench a bit away from the public for us to sit.
"So... how have you been... Rosé"

"Great! You?"

"I'm doing good"

Author POV

The awkward conversation turns into warm laughters and they continue to talk as they had gotten deep into the conversation talking about each others hobbies and interests and had found that they have many in common making them feel closer. They hadn't noticed that they had been talking for hours now, they didn't bother to check the time, they were too busy talking together until Chaeyoung's phone starts ringing as she looks at the caller she immediately picks up, it was Jennie.

"YAH PARK CHAEYOUNG WHERE ARE YOU! YOU HAVE BEEN GONE FOR HOURS!" Jennie's yells can be heard from miles away through the phone

"Sorry unnie I had something do..." she says glancing at Jungkook

"WE WERE WORRIED SICK ABOUT YOU! YOU WEREN'T ANSWERING OUR CALLS!" Jennie's yell once again can be heard from the phone making Jungkook jump a little from shock

"Sorry unnie" Rosé apologize once again "I'll be home in a few minutes!"

"Good!" Jennie sounded calmer but still demanding and after she had ended the call Jungkook stands up "I'll walk you to your dorm!"

"Really! You don't have to!" Chae smiles

"It's fine Rosé I will walk you!" Jungkook replies giving her a warm smile

"Call me Chaeyoung" Chae smiles again

"Chae I'll call you Chae!"

Outside of Blackpink dorm

"Thank you Jungkook ssi!" Rosé says with a wide smile spreading across her face

"Anytime Miss Rosie tell me anytime if you need me to walk you home again!" They both laugh
"Will do" she giggles

'Miss Rosie' that part made her heart flutter

"I like that nickname you are the first to call me that!☺️" Rosé says lightly fanning her pink tinted cheeks

"Chae... May I have your contact number?" Jungkook's voice fades each word from embarrassment

"Of course Kookie!"

'Kookie' Jungkook repeated his stomach tingling 

They were teasing one another

As Rosé was about to open the door she remembers the banana milk and she takes it out of her bag and gives it to Jungkook "thank you again! Kookie"
She says before leaning in to kiss his cheek.
His cheeks are now cherry red

They say their goodbyes even though they will surely talk on the phone all night.

But...

This is just the beginning... of their love story 💕
