It all started in the summer of-" I then turned to ash without being able to finish my funny last lines

*??? POV*

I couldn't believe what I just saw...

My best friend (Y/N) *tears begin to fall*

He was just... falling

I thought I would see my best friend die but I didn't what I thought would be a puddle of what was once my best friend was ash dust being blown away from the ground.

"(Y/N)!" I ran to it and began to cry even more picking up the ash...

I turned around to see him (Y/N) but something was weird he seemed to have glowing eyes and shadows behind him

*Meanwhile in a alternate universe taking place both in the present and in the past (Y/N) wakes up*

*(Y/N) POV*

I opened my eyes and to my surprise I wasn't ash I was floating around in the middle of nowhere... is this space?

"Hello (Y/N)" said a ominous deep voice

"Wake up"

A pop up then appeared "respawn? Yes/No" I clicked yes "Welcome to your new life gamer"

Another pop up appeared "unbound quest started"

"Wake up!" Water was then thrown at my head I opened my eyes to se- holy fuck

Ruby fucking rose: Hey, you. You're finally awake. You were trying to cross the border

Ruby: hey are you okay? Who are you?

(Y/N): err yeah I'm (Y/N)

Ruby: hi (Y/N) im Ruby! Do you know where you are?

Ruby: you are in patch right now. Oh and here you dropped this *she hands me my phone or what seems to be a scroll*
