I wake up to Jaune trying to get something off my arm
"Bro?
(Y/N)!"
He hugs me
"Are you alright? How do you feel?"
"Yeah yeah. I'm feeling alright. Pretty good actually. Stronger. Why?"
"Well you wandered into a cave..."
"... so I carried you all the way back here! I couldn't just leave my little brother there!"
"You're really making a habit of saving me"
"What can I say? I'm a good brother!" He says with a huge smile
"More like the best brother... so what are these?" I grab at the braces
"I was hoping you could tell me that. What do you remember last?"
"A... a sword..." I imagine the sword and my right arm vibrates I look at it and hold it out hoping to find the cause. When I extend it fully the brace extends to my hand. More liquid exits my body changing into a sword

We both scream
"AAAHH!"
I let go and the liquid just shoots back into me reforming the brace
"Cool!" I say
Jaune stops screaming looks at me and starts shaking me
"Cool!? Cool! Cool? What just happened!?"
I respond blankly
"I have no idea!" I reply with a smile
Timeskip
Me and Jaune are in class. Making weapons... well I am Jaune is just talking about getting our grandpas sword 'Crocea Mors' while I'm working on making a scythe. Not just any scythe but a scythe that can be compact down to a staff like object. The way I make this work is I have each part go into itself. Take the blade for example the metal compresses where the tip goes in the metal pushing into itself. At least that was my hope. The result I got so far was that it constantly gets stuck. And other things. I look over to him grabbing it. I decide to ask about what's he's going to do after we graduate
"I'm going to go to beacon! I'm gonna make dad and grandpa proud!"
"Haha you got awhile to go Jaune! You need to get a lot stronger!"
"Well thank god i got a strong little bro to help me out right?"
