Soul mates, kind of

Meeting

The sun is setting in the pride lands. 2 lions have were on there way back home from Kiara and kovu's wedding.
There names were Heshima (lioness) and Baridi (lion). They had a little cave a few minutes away from pride rock.
Heshima had gold fur and Baridi had dark fur.
Baridi: that was truly beautiful.
Heshima: I agree, I really hope our little boy grows up to be that happy.
They finally made it to there cave and went inside. Where there son jumped on them. There son had dark fur and has still a small cub.
Tamu: mom, dad.
Baridi: (sarcastically) what, so you say mom before dad.
Tamu: hehe you know I love you.
Baridi: I don't know, how about a hug to prove it.
Tamu: (chuckle) *hugs his dad*
Heshima: (sarcastically) don't forget about me.
Heshima joined the hug and after they started to head to the back of the cave.
Tamu, bouncing with excitement started running around his parents and hoping up and down.
Tamu: so, how has the wedding.
Heshima: (chuckle) it was great. Calm down.
Baridi: we were just talking about how we hope you find someone you love.
Tamu: thanks.
They reached the end of the cave and lied down with Tami luring Down right between his parents making sure he's close to both.
Baridi: still afraid of the dark, are yah?
Tamu: hey, I'm not scared of the dark, I'm just afraid of being alone in the dark.
Heshima: you'll never be alone as long as we're here. *kisses Tamu on his cheek.
Baridi: so what did you do today.
Tamu: mostly hung out with tumani.
Heshima: right. You guys are best friends right.
Tamu: yeah, she's smart, fun to be with, funny, brave and more.
Heshima: sounds like you have a crush on her.
Tamu:(slightly embarrassed) yeah, not yet.
Baridi: so, when are you going introduce her to us.
Tamu: how about tomorrow.
Heshima: sounds good. She sounds like a good friend.
Baridi: when I was young I did everything I could to stop my parents from embarrassing me in front of my friends.
Tamu: well, luckily for me I have the best parents in the world.
Baridi: *kisses Tamu* good night
Tamu: good night.
Heshima: remember, good friends are worth keeping.
Tamu: I will. Good night.
Heshima: good night.
They all fell asleep with both parents having a arm around there son.

Over at Tumani's cave, she was with her parents. Tumani's mother was named Hatima and her father was named Jeuri.
Tumani was a very small cub and had light golden fur like her mother, and Jeuri had a dark gold fur.
Hatima: so sweetie, what did you do today.
Tumani: I mostly played with Tamu.
Hatima: you know, we've heard a lot about this Tamu, when do we get to meat him.
Tumani: umm lets see. Never
Hatima: oh come on, why
Tumani: Tamu is my best, and well, only friend. Even if I was the most popular lion in the pride lands, i would still only want to Hang out with tamu.
Hatima: awwww.
Tumani: what.
Hatima: nothing, I'm just surprised your so young and already gave a boyfriend.
Tumani: what! No! He's just a friend!
Hatima: come on, you talk about him all, spend all your time with him, and, you just said you'd choose to be with him over every other lion.
Tumani look at the ground to cover the fact that she was blushing.
Tumani: fine you can meet him tomorrow.
Hatima: great *kisses Tumani* good night sweetie.
Tumani: thanks mum, dad are you excited to meet Tamu.
Jeuri: (grumpy) yeah.
Tumani: *yawn* goodnight mom, goodnight dad.
Hatima: goodnight sweetie
Jeuri: yeah yeah goodnight.
Tumani thinking: I can't actually have a crush on tamu, can I? Anyway, I just really hope my parents don't embarrass me to much in front of Tamu.
Tamu thinking: I really hope Tumani likes my parents.
