Threat

It was now morning. Tamu has the first to wake up but Tumani quickly woke up after.
They looked around and saw that they were cuddled together and each had a paw around each other. When they realize the jumped up and back away from each other.
Tamu: umm, so, how'd you sleep.
Tumani: (blushing) good, thank you for being with me last night.
Tamu: no problem, what are best friends for.
Tamu walked over to his mother and started gently shaking her.
Tamu: mom, mom
Heshima: can I go play with Tumani now.
Heshima: sure sweetie.
The 2 cubs ran out side and started playing. After 30 minutes of tag they did another 30 minutes of pinned ya.
After they were both exhausted so they decided to just talk.
Tumani: hey Tami, can we talk about last night.
Tamu:(nervous) sure.
Tumani: your scared of the dark.
Tamu: hoho first off I told you that out of confidence and second, I'm not scared of the dark, I'm scared of being alone in the dark.
Tumani: were you scared last night.
Tamu: at first, but it was better when I was talking to you. What about you and your fear of lightning.
Tumani: When there is lightning I normally just cuddle with my mom and it makes me feel better.
Tamu: I'm sorry you had to go through that.
Tumani: thank you so much, I don't know if I would have been able to sleep if you didn't do what you did.
Tamu: just doing what friends do. How about I go and say goodbye to my parents and I'll meet you at you cave.
Tumani: sure
Tumani went to her cave and has met with a big hug from her mother.
Hatima: I'm so glad your ok, I saw the lightning last night.
Tumani: it's ok mom.
Hatima: I thought you were terrified of lightning. Last night it was booming.
Tumani: uh, well, tamu helped.
Hatima: oh, the boyfriend helped.
Tumani's mom! He's just a friend.
Hatima: fine, how did he help.
Tumani: he.. cuddled with me and talked to me and slept next to me.
Hatima: right and he's "just a friend"
Tumani: yes.
Tamu: hey Tumani.
Tumani: hi Tami
Hatima: Tami
Tumani: his nickname, mines Ani.
Hatima: *kisses Tumani* that's perfect for you. Sweetie why don't you go inside for a sec.
Tumani: sure, see you both inside.
Tumani went inside the cave.
Hatima: thank you for being with my daughter. I know she was scared and I owe you for helping her.
Tamu: no you don't, I know she would do the same for me.
Hatima: lets go inside.
Both of them went inside.
Jeuri:(angry) who is this.
Tumani: dad, this is tamu. Tami this is my dad Jeuri.
Tamu: nice to meet you Jeuri.
Jeuri: (angry) I'm not your age, you will call me sir if you want to stay here.
Tamu:(shocked and scared) s-sorry sir.
Jeuri: that's better you little runt.
Tumani: dad!
Tamu was starting to tear up
Jeuri: what are you gonna cry, there will be no crying and no babies in my cave, LEACE!
Tamu burst out crying and ran out of the cave.
Tumani: DAD!
Tumani ran after Tamu.
Hatima: Jeuri!
Jeuri: what!
Hatima: at least give him a chance. He's our daughter best and only friend. And.
She told him about what Tumani told her about last night.
Hatima: so will you give him a chance.
Jeuri: only if he combs back.

Over with Tumani, she found Tamu sobbing next to the playground. She went and sat next to him.
Tumani: I'm sorry, this is why I didn't want you to meet him.
Tamu:(cries) (sniff) (stops crying) your right , maybe I should go home.
Tumani: come on, please don't go.
Tumani put her arm on his shoulder.
Tamu then turned his head and looked into Tumani's eyes. Both of them had tears in there eyes.
Tamu: (weakly) ok, I'll go back.
Tumani: (softly) thank you Tamu.
Tamu: (playfully) it's Tami.
Tumani: (playfully) ok, Tami
Tamu and Tumani walked back to the cave. What they didn't know was that Hatima had came to tell Tamu that he could come back, and she saw the whole thing.
Hatima: those two are made for each other.
The two cubs and Hatima went back in the cave.
Jeuri: can I have a minute alone with Tamu to apologize.
Tumani: sure dad.
Hatima and Tumani left.
Jeuri: listen kid, I don't like you
Tamu: what!
Jeuri: but I'm not gonna yell at you cause you're important to my daughter. So, if 1 slip up. And you will never speak with my daughter again. OK.
Tamu: (scared) yes sir
Jeuri: good. Honey! You can come back in now!
Tumani: is everything good now.
Tamu: (nervous) yeah, wanna play tag.
Tumani: yeah
