Years haven't been kind

Your POV

It's been years since I've seen Ciel. After him becoming a demon he left, leaving me the soul heir to the Phantomhive name and company. Now because of a small inccident including a gun, a bullet between the eyes, and some questionable witchcraft, I can no longer die nor feel pain. I can age but it's rather slow. After Ciel left I took up the witchcraft that brought me back, as it turns out I can use it to my ability. With the knowledge in hand I made the servants of Phantomhive the same as I, only without the use of magic. That was many, many years ago.

Everything was fine, no letters, no visitors, and no cases that I would be required to take. That peaceful beauty didn't last long. It was 3 in the morning when I heard my window open, there were no footsteps but when it closed I opened my eyes to see a letter on my nightstand. I sat up and looked at it, before even opening it I knew who it was from. The blue rose next to it said everything, it was from my dear twin Ciel. Opening the letter I saw it was a list of  instructions, nothing saying where he's been nor how things have gone. Looking at it in the dim light wasn't helping either.

1) Go to the middle of the woods on the western side of the manor at 4am tomorrow morning

2) Come alone, don't tell anyone. Not even Tanaka

3) Don't plan on leaving the grounds.

4) Don't be late.

It was Ciel's handwriting, no doubt in my mind, but what he was asking was rather odd. He was never one for meetings like this, knowing him he'd much rather be in his old office and play a game of chess while catching up. Or at least, that's what I thought. I have no choice but to comply to his wishes. I have the body of an 18 year old now, so hell only knows what he looks like. Who knows what has happened to him over the years. Or what has happened to dear Sabastian? He was always somewhat kind to me after I had figured out that I hadn't just slipped into a coma. So it's only natural for me to question what happened to that hell of a butler. I do guess it's time to go through my day as normal, but I guess I'll go to bed rather early tonight.

Within hours I was staring at the clock, waiting for it to finally strike 3. After I hear that bell chime I got out of my bed. Fixing my clothes and grabbing a robe that'll keep me warm I headed for the outside. About halfway through the woods I noticed that I forgot to grab a set of slippers, decideding against going back I pressed on. Within a minute or two I was met with a small clearing with a small garden table with a chess board on top. Sitting in one chair was my dear brother, right beside him was Sabastian.

"Hello (Y/N), my how the years haven't been kind."
