"So„ Seulgi softly said as she was looking at the waves that hit the beach softly yet harshly.

"hm?„ You slightly hummed back at her as you tilted your head towards her.

" Did you find a girlfriend already?„
Seulgi dropped that question as she looked back at you with a sheepish smile. You couldn't blame her for asking though, since you always complained about that fact to her.

" I mean what do you think ? „ You said as Seulgi then rested her head on your shoulder " You're single I can tell, since if you were taken you would already brag„ Seulgi said as she started to laugh " Awh but don't take that as a bad comment though„ Seulgi said as she smiled

"I guess you're right . But what about you since you asked? Are you taken?„ You asked her as you felt your head get a little hotter. . It felt awkward yet so good to drop that question.

"Mhm, I mean I know that you're expecting me to say that I'm single but„ Seulgi said as she left you on a little cliff hanger for few seconds "Yeah I'm single" She then said and followed it with a small giggle

"Really?" You asked as your hopes finally rose up for the first time but you weren't ready for her response

"Well actually...i'm in a relationship, i was just trying to be relatable for few seconds she said as she then followed this sentence by just slightly laughing. I felt my heart into my stomach as i felt like it was day one all over again. but i then found enough courage to respond
"Are back again with Irene she asked as Seulgi blushed softly " No no..i wouldn't date my ex even though this wouldn't be the first time" She said as you raised your eyebrow knowing that she's lying. Since her tone always and mood always changes "ok ok...yeah we're back together. Just stop giving me that look" She said as i did what she granted

"You literally complained so much to me while you were with her, why are you doing this? I don't wanna seem mean or anything, i just want you to be ok" You said as Seulgi turned her gaze to the deep dark ocean

"It's complicated, I feel like I'm just trying to fill something up since I don't think that person would actually like me. So I just wanna forget even though this might be wrong" She said as her phone then went off

"Oh yeah sorry I need to head out now, uhm bye!" Seulgi said as she walked off. She then turned around the last time and gave me the ' Call me ' sign and then waved.

I knew she was nervous. But I didn't know it could be because of me.
