President Coriolanus Snow was never the evil man everyone knows him as. He was actually a kind and gentle old man who gained power because of his bloodline. He never killed anyone and there were no more Hunger Games. All the districts were created equal, with the Capitol a little more privileged. Transportation between districts and the Capitol were allowed, and the Internet was remade. No one hated Snow. Everyone loved him for his kind and gentle treatment. District 13 was risen back up. The only problem was that Katniss was never truly important.
