I was average, if you could even call me that. I was 17, worked two jobs, came from a home with no father, and lived off campus. Currently, I had applied to a private academy. If there was one thing about me that was even above average, it was my intellect.
I had always been an exceptional student, top marks on all state testing. Finally, I had a chance to prove it.
Sora private academy was, to put it simply, my dream school. Of course, there was one thing that stood in my way of getting into the school. The school was exclusive to Alpha's.
I'm an omega.

3rd Person POV

Mya had been working all morning, and her shift wasn't ending anytime soon. On the plus side, of course, she was a favorite with the local students. There was even a group that knew and requested her by name. Mya had become somewhat of a mother to them, helping them with school work, personal problems, and giving advice of course. She could easily be spotted with her purple hair and her work apron, adorning many pins that beckoned the interest of anyone willing to look. The pins included some of her favorite shows, books, fun sayings, and a multitude of gay pride pins.
In conclusion, Mya has a good rep at the cafe. So of course when she happens to see a new girl walk into the cafe, she's more than happy to take her order.
Miya happily walked to her table, as she had seated herself in the back, and with a bounce in her step. "Hello and good day ma'am! What can I get you today?" She asked, excited.
When the woman simply slipped her a piece of paper, she was confused but kept smiling. As she picked up the paper and read it, her smile faltered as her order was just written. She walked away with her order in hand, a new determination settling in. Her new mission was as follows
Every time this girl entered her cafe, she would get her to smile. Or at the very least, this girl would talk.

Mya's POV

As I wandered to the kitchen, many thoughts swirled through my head. The girl I was serving seemed my age, a young face and small stature, but everything else about her just made you want to listen to her every word. Or maybe that's just me and my gay ass.
Either way, I brought her order to the kitchen and waited by the front counter for it to be ready, just as one of my favorite high school gaybies walked up to me. He's a Junior in high school and often comes here to share gossip with me and some of the others in our small circle. He approached me, and as he did I grabbed his order from behind the counter, as I had I memorized.
"Hello, my favorite iced coffee addict" I teased as I held the coffe above his head.
He pouted and started grabbing at my shoulders, trying his damndest to reach his drink. I laughed as he struggled until I saw the girl staring me down, her gaze very obviously judging me.
I dropped the drink, it spilling on him and he gasped loudly and started talking, until he realized I had no interest in his scolding and soon followed my gaze to the tall, black haired beauty judging our actions.

He turned his head, his face smug and crossed his arms "So, M, who your girlfriend?" He teased.

A/N I love this story a lot. I also love the characters. And the characters personalities are actually based off of some very important people to me XD. Anywho! I hope you enjoy UwU!
