After asking what stores and restaurants the interns were retrieving the food from i decided to accompany them and get my favourite burger to commemorate myself for this big day, it just so happened that kate and aidy's intern was also getting their order there but i told him to go back as i felt i should pay for them as a kind gesture to maybe welcome myself into their office duo.
After walking onto the breezy street with the 3 brown bags of food in clutch i did the walk back to the office making sure of the time on my fitbit. Upon reaching the already open door to my new shared office, there was giggles and chatter filling the atmosphere, Very slowly i opened the door with a quiet "hello" and a smile on my face. Kate was sitting on top of her desk with Aidy laid on the floor by her desk both with looks of hunger across their faces.
