Babe's Point of view

"Babe do you have any ideas for games?" Kenzie asked politely. I looked up from my phone and began to think.

"No. Sorry." I replied going to look at my phone. Trip was whispering to Hudson, and Hudson began laughing. "Great idea Trip." He high-fived Trip, and Kenzie looked at them. "Idea?" She asked, more like a command to tell her what the idea was.

"What if we have a game about bears?" He pitched. I sighed. "That was your great idea? Wow.." I replied rather sarcastically, Trip just glared at me and I went back to my phone. "Whatever. Babe get off your phone. We need to concentrate." Kenzie went back to scribbling on her notepad as Double G walked in with Bunny and Ruthless.

"Ughhh!" Kenzie screamed at looked at me. I just shrugged and went back to my phone. "Get out." I said dully and the others just gave me the look 'Are you freaking serious?'

"Dad what do you want?" Trip said. Dubs just laughed, and began talking. I zoned out, not caring what he said. I looked at my phone. BING. A text, great. I stared at it not knowing what it said. It all just looks like a bunch of random letters. I feel so stupid.

Eventually I make out what it said and who it was from. Jayden had texted me. 'Hey little sis. I know you probably don't miss me, but the truth is I miss you. Our bedroom is the same and waiting for you if you ever want to come back. I heard about your company, and I'm just so proud of you! Happy Early Birthday. I love you! -Your older twin, Jayden.'

I rested my elbow on the couch's top, and rested my face on my fist. Every now and then Jayden would send me packages in the mail, letters, and text messages. It was usually around Holidays, or around times when drama was going around.

I get she misses me, but I left for a reason. Even though Jayden would help me, stick by me, and always make my day better she was part of the family. I miss her too, but I've grown fond of living without my needy parents, or the constant bickering and judgmental looks of my siblings, I especially love being able to sing in the shower, or order take out whenever I please. Living alone is a lot better now.

"Babe, Babe!" Kenzie snapped me out of my trance. "We are talking about a place to go to concentrate on work. Any suggestions, or do you want to go to Swellview?"

"What view?" I said not paying attention. Trip and Hudson sniggered. "Swellview" Kenzie replied sounding it out, thinking I'm a child. "I say Florida" I think about the first place that pops into my mind.

"Why don't we draw straws?" Kenzie asked. As we went over our drawings, we went with Kenzie's as it was the best one.

You have probably wondering why it takes so long for Babe to read, or why she left. Well, Babe is dyslexic, and has a hard time comprehending, reading, doing school work for subjects like math and science. She left her family because they were very rude to her. Constantly picking on her, asking her for stuff, abusing her, and telling her to kill herself. They thought she was un-important and when she left, she made a promise to herself not to let anyone close, nor to let her guard down, and not to show emotions.
