The lights hit me. This is it. This is what I'm meant to do. I'm on stage dancing. And I'm home.
I stare out at the crowd. My family and friends are all watching me, supportive looks on their faces.
And just a few feet down from them, is the talent scout.
He could tell me that I could be a famous ballerina. Or he could tell me that I suck.
But at the end of the day, I don't care.
I don't care what people say or think. I don't care if they'll watch me judgmentally.
Because I'll dance like nobody's watching.
This is my time to shine. My time to dance.
It's finally my time to take a leap. A leap of destiny.
