"nishi ! nishi come quick please !" you screamed, both feet planted firmly on the toilet seat, a pink fluffy towel draped around your body. puffing out your cheeks, your eyes looked all about frantically searching for the insect that had completely ruined your bath! everything was going perfectly fine, that is, until you had turned the shower on and a large bug fell from the ceiling before flying all about, buzzing loudly as it smacked into the mirror.

lifting his head up slightly, your boyfriend, yuu nishinoya could have sworn he heard you calling him. but just as quick as he heard it, what he thought was your voice went silent. shrugging his shoulders, he situated himself on the couch that was seated in your shared apartment, eyes flicking back down to his laptop where he had been working on a term paper. just as his fingers lowered back down to the keyboard, your distressed voice cried out loudly once more, "yuu hurry!"

hearing his very own first name, the boy scrambled to get up, rushing towards the bathroom so fast that he slid across the hardwood floor on his socks, at lightening speed. he grabbed the doorframe of the bathroom to stop himself, head poking around the corner with a worried expression on his features, "what's wrong?"

"there's a bug!" you yelled, frantically pointing at the large beetle that was angrily ramming it's own reflection in the mirror. at the sight, nishinoya couldn't help the chuckle that left his lips, finding it absolutely adorable how you flailed about and freaked over nothing but a bug. he quickly exited the bathroom, coming back in the matter of seconds with a jar and matching lid. "here, ill catch it and let it outside."

you watched as he carefully clamped the jar over the bug, trapping it inside the glass with the mirror sealing it off. soon after that, it crawled to the bottom, giving your boyfriend an ample amount of time to flip the jar and screw the lid on. after doing so, nishinoya actually held the bug up to the light, inspecting it thoroughly before looking at you with a tickled expression, "y/n, it's nothing but a beetle. completely harmless."

puffing out your flushed cheeks in embarrassment, you crossed your arms across your chest before looking away, stepping off the toilet and back into the floor that you had now deemed safe. even though you knew yuu had captured the culprit, you still looked around wearily, just incase another might appear. before you knew it, nishinoya was cupping your cheeks with both hands, lifting your gaze to look up at him, "you want me to let the beetle outside and then get in the shower with you? ill make sure no more beetles come in."

you nodded your head bashfully, and your cute actions caused a smile to stretch across your boyfriends face before he leaned down, pressing his lips against yours gently, "can do, beautiful."
