Mira knocks loudly at the apartment door with a rusty looking signage, 5-G

"Shut up!" A neighbor from an apartment door she could not pinpoint replied.

The knob finally clicks, the door opens revealing Sheena in a very big and loose t-shirt. She was about to get excited and force her friend to spill the tea when she looked at her unusual expression and came to a realization.

"Travis?" She looks at his feet. "Where are your shoes?" Travis enters the room and gave Sheena a displeased look. "I almost died wearing those stupid heels." Sheena shuts the door and follows him to Mira's room. He opens the bedside drawer and reaches for a hair tie. He ties the synthetic curls to a bun and proceeds to the wardrobe.

"Did you switch in the middle of the date?" Sheena asks.

"No." He searches for clothes at the very end of the wardrobe and grabs a black shirt and black pajamas. He reaches for his back but couldn't unzip the dress on his own. "Could you please be a dear and help me get this bloody dress off me?"

Sheena approaches him and unzips the dress. "Mira would go crazy when she switches back."

"Crazy!? She'd go nuts if she were in my situation! I switched when they were about to kiss! You know I'm straight Sheena!" Travis argued.

"Oh no. What did you do Travis?"

"Of course I did not kiss him. I walked out of the car and slammed the bloody door to his face. The guy was so shocked, he drove away in fear." He hurries to the bathroom at the end of the hall, shuts the door and took off all traces of Mira's not-so-special night out.

Sheena leans at the bathroom door and hears the rush of running water. "Well, weren't you informed that she had a date tonight? I thought you guys communicated through the diary."

Travis turns off the faucet and curses once more when he looks at himself in the mirror, the mascara smudged all over his eyes. "I knew that! But I was so enticed by the fragrance that I switched."

Sheena laughed and remembered that lemons were Travis' positive trigger. "The dude had lemons?"

"Air freshener! It was a bit of a blur since I couldn't really front at that time but I think I heard about him liking lemons." He continued to rub his eyes, gave up and proceeded to the shower. "But you know what, that guy doesn't even deserve Mira with the way he acted. He was a total arsehole! You wouldn't like him if you met him."

"But Mira does?" Sheena asked. "Mira doesn't know better which is why I'm the protector!" Travis answered back.

"Oooh...savage. Careful, she might hear you."

The shower stopped. "Already did!" The British accent subsides and is replaced by a cheery (but not as of the moment), Canadian one. "Mira, are you back?"

Mira turns the bathroom knob and walks out wrapped in a towel, black shirt and pajamas in hand, her eyes still smudged. "Sheena, what on earth happened?"

Sheena was about to talk when they heard a notification bell ring. Mira went back to her room, dropping the clothes on the floor as she takes her phone from her purse and reads the text message.

I had a blast tonight but I think you didn't. I think it would be best for us to go our separate ways in search of people who'd compliment us. - Joseph

Mira sighs in disappointment. "So...do you want to hear Travis' side of the story?" asked Sheena.

"No need. I bet I already know what he did."
