Eddie combed his hair. Bill paced up and down the room. "We d-did it, E-eddie," He stuttered. "W-w made it t-through our first week at Hogwarts." Eddie smiled. "Yeah, Bill." Eddie responded. Bill wondered why Eddie was getting ready in such a rush. "So what are you duh-doing today?" He questioned the short boy. Eddie shrugged. "I-um I'm meeting..someone." He stammered. Bill gave him a curious look. "W-who might t-that be?" He inquired. Eddie sighed. "Just Richie Tozier." He admitted. Bill chuckled. "The Trashmouth?" He teased. Eddie rolled his eyes. "He's not that bad, y'know." Eddie retorted. Bill giggled. Have fun with your boyf-," Bill stopped. "Friend." He corrected himself. Eddie rolled his eyes. "Thanks, Bill." He said before leaving the room.

Richie's felt himself heat up when he saw Eddie. "Wow..Eds you look pretty.." he said examining his dungarees. "..pretty..uh- good." He stammered. "Thanks,Rich." Eddie giggled. "Not too shabby yourself." He remarked, causing Richie to turn as red as a tomato.
"So where's this passage..?" Eddie asked, looking up at the boy. Richie smiled. "Follow me, Eds."

The golden sun illuminated their faces. Richie was in awe at how Eddie's freckles danced across his face as the sun hit them. "So whatcha wanna do, Eds?" Richie asked. Eddie gave him a look as to say don't call me Eds. "Hm, could we get some butter beer," he asked. "Stan said it was really nice." Richie nodded. "Yeah just get under this cloak." He said pulling out a piece of material. "What?" Eddie said looking at the boy in confusion. Richie shrugged. "I don't know, my dad gave it to me," he said. "Apparently it makes you invisible." Eddie scoffed. Richie shrugged and wrapped the cloak around him. Eddie jumped back in fright. "Richie you're invisible.." he exclaimed. He looked around. "Rich!?" He said looking around him. He felt a hand on his shoulder. "Boo!" Richie said revealing himself. He pulled the shocked Eddie into the cloak. "Richie! You scared me, dibshit." He reprimanded. Richie chuckled. "Yeah, Yeah, Eds," he teased. "You should have seen your face." Eddie rolled his eyes.

Richie and Eddie crept into "the three broomsticks." Richie snatched two un-attended butter beers from a nearby table. "Let's go find somewhere nice." Eddie said as Richie handed him his butter beer. Richie nodded.

The sunset lit up the sky.
Eddie and Richie lay in the grass after drinking their butter beer. Eddie turned to Richie revealing some foam from the beer on his nose. Richie chuckled and wiped it off. Eddie giggled and turned to Richie. It's now or never. Richie connected their lips.
