Human Realm and a burned Chicken (Chap. 2)

Andariel PoV:

As soon as we arrived at our destination I looked around. Since I've never been to the human realm before and only left the Familiar Forest so often that you can count it with both hands I didn't know what many of the things I was seeing were.

I was still looking around and noticed how the rest were looking at me in amusement. " What? " they chuckled and Rias answered "It's just so cute to see how you are innocently looking around." The others made sounds of approval, including Issaia who regained her consciousness by now.

" Well I've seen most of the stuff here never before...I know what a table is for example! " Saying that had the opposite effect of what I wanted to reach...they started laughing. I could literally feel the pout on my face as I crossed my arms and turned away from them.

I was as old as Great Red and they dared to laugh at...

Before I could finish that thought a sweet smell invaded my nose. Turning to look where it came from I saw Koneko sitting on one of those soft thingies holding a brown rectangle. Walking to her and sniffing the rectangle I confirmed that the smell came from it.

Suddenly Koneko broke it in half and offered me one half, which I accepted. " What do you do with it? " "Eat it." Came the monotone answer. I looked at it some more before the sweet smell convinced me to try it and so I took a bite.

My eyes grew wide and the rest vanished in under a second before I turned to Koneko giving her my best pleading eyes. Her eyes grew wide too and a small blush formed on her face before she turned her head away but still gave me the half she was holding.

This time I savored the taste and didn't inhale it again while I looked around the room. Rias and Akeno were talking with Rias sitting behind that big heavy looking table. Issaia and Asia were sitting on the second fluffy thing across from me and Koneko, also talking.

I just finished eating as Rias stood up. " Andariel, I want to show you were you will be staying until we figured out something better." I nodded and stood up, following Rias out of the room and down the hallway.

As we were walking I looked outside the windows we were passing and noticed another building which was pretty big, wondering what it was for. Rias entering a new room caught my attention and I quickly followed her.

"This is where you'll be staying." I looked around the room. In one corner was a big thingy made out of wood which looked as if it could be opened. Next to that thing was a desk with a mirror hanging above it. In the other corner was another of those fluffy things but with a doubled width and without the part to lean your back on.

"It's not much but I hope it will be sufficient." I gave her a big grin " It is enough! But I've got two questions: First, what's that big fluffy thing and second where will you be staying? " She chuckled at my first question. "The 'fluffy thing' is called a bed. You use it to sleep or just rest on it. And regarding your second question: My room is two doors left from yours."

I nodded and went over to the bed and sat down, instantly amazed by its comfy fluffiness. Then I noticed Rias nervously playing with her fingers. " Is there a problem little one? " At that she pouted before suddenly grinning and walking up to me.

"In this form I'm bigger than you....shorty!" grinning triumphantly. I stood up " Not in every way little one... " and I poked her breast. She took a step back with a *Hmpf* before turning a bit more serious again.

"I just wanted to ask why you aren't talking normally? At first I thought your dragon form was the reason for your telepathical talking but you continue to do so in this form." Is what she asked.
