Emily's p.o.v.
Great , just great, Chiron decided that we'll have a prom, since we are demigods after all we do need to feel what it is to be normal, so the dance or torture as I'd like to call it will be on Friday next week, the worst thing? You have to bring dates, yes dates that's why it sucks for me, anyway we'll be taking dance class courtesy of the Aphrodite cabin. .... I hate it , the only dance I know is the chicken dance so we exchanged the lava wall for dance class and some of us well, we're pretty happy including the Aphrodite cabin since it singes they're hair everytime they try climb it. Well you should probably know me, I'm Emily Riccards, daughter of Poseidon, sea god ,Earthshaker and father of horses , you're probably thinking hey! That's Greek mythology they don't exist!! Well I suggest you shut you're mouth before Zeus blasts you to ashes with his thunderbolt. Anyway... Percy's bringing Annabeth and that's a fact all campers aren't surprised. Chiron somehow got the gods to not send whatever their sacred animal is, well that's a relief to campers who had some love affairs. *coughPercyandAnnabethcough* I was with Percy in our cabin just sittin' there talking.
'' hey bro, we have dance class next, how do you think we'll do?'' I asked Percy who was currently sitting on his bunk doing… something. Hey my bunk was a decent length away from him so i didn't know!
''you'd probably fail,'' he said.
''Thanks a lot bro, just the moral support I needed'' I said sarcastically. Percy went back to whatever he was doing while i listend to some songs. an hour or so later we heard a shrill sound of a bell. Well time for dance class, there was one good side though Grace, my friend would be teaching me. Well just after class was finished I saw Percy talking to the Aphrodite cabin counselor, 'oh no not good' I thought, I went near them and heard the words:
'' Aphrodite cabin, my name, the word date and nico''
''Percy did I hear right or did you just sell me to the Aphrodite cabin?'' totally shocked. Percy reasoned with me,
''Come on Emily... Grace is right you need a date here and how do I know what kind of dress you'll wear?'' he said, for a second he had a point there, i had no fashion sense when it came to those things. oopsie.
''plus the make-up and hair will be done by me'' Grace added. I glared at Percy, I will have revenge soon brother I thought , and soon the torture would begin. I learned how to dance from the Aphrodite cabin and Chiron called all campers to give us a basic gist, Grace said:
Dear campers, we are honored to tell you that these pairings will be given tickets to the prom, anyone who is not in the list please get a partner and tell Chiron, for they will not be allowed inside the prom, the hunters of artemis who are visiting are not affected of this rule though,

Grace ranted on a list of 28 pairings in all until I heard goth boys named
'' Nico di Angelo and…'' she stopped to look at me slightly smirking, some campers looked at where she was looking, which was me and laughed, I gave them a 'what?' look also a little daughter of Poseidon death-glare that made them turn their attention back to grace. ''Emily Riccards'' she said, wha???? I remembered Percy's talk with Grace. Realization dawned in my face. I slapped my forehead I should have known, I should have pieced the puzzle but no, I just had to be stupid enough to not care!! I glared at Percy who just looked at me innocently next to Annabeth

End of day….
This was seriously the most tiring day of my life, I thought as I dropped down my bed not even bothering to change or look at whose bunk I'm on mine or percy's?? I fell in a nice dreamless sleep….
