"Axel" my dad yelled as he walked up to me, his eyes were red from crying. "Dad" I said as I went up to hug him.
I saw the worried look on my parents faces, both of them red faced, it was weird seeing my parents together. Frankly I couldn't believe it either this would most likely be my last time seeing them. I went inside to pack, as I was packing I looked over at the windowsill I saw my old teddy bear, "mom, dad" I ran downstairs I-I want you to have this, I gave them the bear. "Oh Axel I really hope you make home we're really going to miss you"I'll make it home I promise." With that I grabbed my bags and ran out to catch up with the others.
"Hi Alex how are you?" I asked awkwardly "umm good I guess" he replied yeesh this was an awkward conversation so I went over to mark part of me wanted to say hello but the other part of me wanted to leave him be, I eventually made a choice. " Umm hi mark" I said "get out of my way shrimp" he said "oops sorry" I said realizing that I was in his way, well this friendship isn't off to a great start I thought I couldn't imagine spending 8 hours on a boat with him. I didn't think I wanted to say hi to the girls they looked like they were besties now I walked up behind Sara and here's what she said "what's that smell eeeewwww is that you Axel" "no" I said harshly, uuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggggg I hate girls there so annoying, I mean how rude can you get. When we were walking down to the dock I looked over at Alex he seemed like the most nervous one of us his hands were trembling and he was sweating uncontrollably wow he looked like a train wreck. Aauhh, I looked over to see who had screamed it had been Alex he must have tripped over his self from nervousness his suitcase opened revealing a stuffed teddy bear " Woah, woah, woah wait, you have stuffed bear, how lame can you get" Mark said "uuuummmmm" Alex replied embarrassed, part of me wanted to stand up for the poor guy but I was kind of afraid of Mark he was almost double the size of me, so I just kept walking.
