Today was the day 5 people get chosen to search and slay the ohiki, a underwater sea monster. I got out of bed and got dressed, I put on my luckiest t-shirt and shorts hoping I would not get chosen. As I left for the assembly my hands shivered from the cold brrrr I wished I had brought my coat and gloves it was cold out. Walking up I was reminded of my brother who was choosen 4 years ago his name was Darren, it made me sad just thinking about him, suddenly I realized a tear was dripping down my cheek. I stopped and ran back to my house to grab my I mean Darren's key chain it was the only thing I had of him left, the key chain had 5 rings four where In a square shape and the last one was right in the middle it was a symbol, a symbol for bravery. I held in my hand tightly and ran back out to meet my parents. As we approached the auditorium my hand started to sweat which I'm wondering how the heck did that happen because it is soooooo cold out here.
