A/n: I have decided to write this book to help myself and others if possible. The date today as now is 31.3.2020. I hope this gives people hope during this dark time. Every verse mentioned is from the King James version and some from New King James version.
As you may or may not know, there is a pandemic on the rise and thousands of people are dying. Millions of people around the world are suffering. Some are suffering from the illness itself, Some are having to face the consequences of this pandemic. My family is one of them too, We have been hit financially but I know the lord would deliver us from all this tribulation. The lord has answers for every problem we face. He is our deliver in this time of darkness, He is the only light.
Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.
Psalm 50:15
This is indeed a fearful time but we should not fear. The spirit of fear is given by the devil. He has no authority over us. We're god's children nothing bad could ever befall us. We have to remember this all the time. We should be courageous and strong. For I did not say that on my own but it is given in the word of god. I don't know if I'm even good enough to advise to be courageous but my lord has given me the grace and strength to do so. For the righteous are bold like a lion.
Be strong and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished.
Chronicles 28:20
I can feel the lord guide me as I write this. I'm a secret believer and I was having second thoughts about starting this project, Satan always made me doubt my decision but as I kept writing my lord kept reassuring me not to be afraid with the above verse for example. Did you know? The words Do not be afraid is given 365 times in the bible cause he knows well about his children and he wants us to protect and cherish us from the spirit of fear. For he is our ultimate Father. We have our parents but our true father is our Lord Jesus Christ. He is our endgame. I'm happy the Lord has appointed me to do my part in this. Me writing this is his will.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31.6 (KJV)
So a little bit of myself. I'm just a normal girl from a faraway land that is also being affected by this COVID19 pandemic. There is a lotta fear among my family members too. We are not ill cause of the disease by god's grace. I believe it would not touch god's people with all my heart. Any pestilence nor any act of Satan has no authority over god's children.
For thus says the LORD of hosts: "He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye. Zechariah 2:8
Those who might try to harm us is daring to touch our lord. We are the apple of his eye. How would Satan dare to touch us with pestilence such as COVID19? In another verse he says
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12.7 (KJV)
Satan can't even touch our hairs. The lord's words are eternal and it can't be changed. That is his mercy. Even when we sin and do things that disgust our lord he is quick to forgive his children. Even when the army of enemies approach us like a deadly flood he does big things and He always has victory over all those who oppose us. He loves us and he would never let anything happen to us. He is capable of everything. Before him, all our sorrows and problems are like dust. Whatever he decides to do, He does. Whatever blessing that is meant for us in his hands will not pass us by.
