Casey's POV.

The past 3 days were quick.Me and Izzie stayed home all day since I didn't really feel like going out.I knew Coach Crowley was gonna have a massive go at me when I come back to school and I wasn't exactly ready for that.

Anyways,me and Izzie were sat on the couch watching Netflix and as usual Izzie fell asleep.

She looked so cute when she was sleeping.Her lips were parted and she would snore once in a while which made me giggle.She looked so peaceful,even after what has happened this month,she finally looked at ease.Peaceful looked good on her.She seemed happy and settled and I was happy that I could see her so content.

I was bought out of my thoughts when the doorbell rang.I furrowed my eyebrows and stood up to go see who was at the door.I opened the door and I wasn't surpised when I saw Evan.

"What do you want?".I asked as I played with my hands nervouslly.Evan scratched the back of his neck and sighed,"Can we...can we talk?".He asked.

I looked back into the living room to see that Izzie was still asleep.I silently closed the door behind me."Go on.Talk".I said while I crossed my arms over my chest.

Evan took a deep breath before she started speaking,"I'm so sorry Casey.I-I truley am.I know you hate me and I wish I would've told you earlier so we could of maybe gone past this but you have to believe me that I am sorry.I never meant for any of that to happen".I looked into Evan's eyes and I could see that he wasn't joking when he was sorry.

"I know Evan.I just wished you told me earlier.I forgive you but can I please just have time to process this?" I asked with a sympathetic smile.Evan nodded and said,"Yeah.I just wanted you to know that I wasn't lying when I said I was sorry.",Evan swollowed hard before saying,"I should get going.See ya".He smiled and walked away.

I sighed looking at him walking down my drive way before opening the door silently and closing it since I still thought Izzie was asleep.

"It was Evan wasn't it?".Izzid asked which startled me and made me quickly turn around.I sighed and nodded.I walked over to her and sat down next to her."You didn't forgive him did you?".She asked.

I looked and her and softly said,"I did".Izzie nodded and chuckled,"After he cheated on you?Your gonna forgive him?Seriously Casey,he was such a dick to you".She said and I was taken aback by her comment.

"Well if you forgot,I also cheated on him".I said and she nodded,"Yeah I know you did,but you didn't sleep with someone".She said.I rolled my eyes and asked,"Why do you even care if I forgive him?".

"Because I care about you and I don't want you to be upset over him".She said and I sighed.

"I'm sorry.I know you don't like him but I just don't hold grudges against people.Well unless they've done something terrible like call my girlfriend a dyke".I said and Izzie nodded,smiling.

"I'm sorry aswell for getting mad.I just don't want you to be sad".Izzie said while she put her head on my shoulder.

"I know",I said.Then I got an idea,"Hey,why don't we go for a run?".I asked.

Izzie smiled and said,"That is a great idea".

We went upstairs to get dressed into something that was more ideal for running and we set off.

I could only admire Izzie as she ran.Her hair bounced softly as she ran and her face was concentrated on the road in front of her."Your staring again,Newton".She said smirking.

I widened my eyes as I realised I was staring and I bought my eyes back to look around.I loved it when it was autumn.Everything was orange and graceful.What the fuck?Why am I being so poetic?What is going with me?

"What's on your mind,Newton?".Izzie asked and I was shook out of my thoughts as I looked at the raven haired girl beside me."Nothing just...admiring nature,I guess".I said biting my lip.

Izzie chuckled and said,"Wow,you must of hit your head pretty hard,since when do you care about nature?".Izzie asked.

I shrugged and said,"I don't know.Since today".Izzie giggled and I grinned.We ran down towards the park and I started speeding up."Come on,your slowing down".I said to Izzie who was behind me.

I could hear her breathing heavily behind me and if I'm honest it was kind of hot.What the fuck?Where did that though come from?Thank you brain for betraying me again.I'm seriously going crazy.

"Newton,wait up".Izzie shouted and I slowed down."What's up?".I asked,turning around and realising that Izzie was far behind me.I chuckled and ran back to her.I must of been lost in my thoughts again and whenever I am,I don't realise I'm spriting.It's a technique that I use for whenever I have a important race,I just foucs on something that's etheir bothering or something that make's me happy amd I just get so far into my thoughts that I smiply sprint.

"Why are you so fast?".Izzie asked,trying to catch her breath."Your just slow".I replied with a smirk.

She hit my arm and said,"I hate you".
I smirked again and I replied with a,"I love you too",before I started running again.

"God,wait up,Newton".Izzie groaned behind me.I chuckled and started running even faster.That was until I heared hard footsteps running behind me and Izzie dashed infront of me overtaking me.

I pushed my self fowards,trying to over take her before I felt suddenly dizzy.I stopped and looked down.Izzie realised I stopped and ran up to me,"You alright,Newton?".I looked up before the world started spinning.

I felt nauseous and I ran to a nearby bush before releasing what I had ate for lunch.Izzie ran up to me and held my hair back.

After I finished emptying my stomach,I turned to look at Izzie and grinned,"Do you want a kiss?".I asked,leaning my face towards Izzie.

Izzie made a disgusted face and pulled away,"Ew,not after you just puked your guts out".She giggled.

"Come on,let's get you home".Izzie said while she put her hand in mine and we walked all the way back home since I didn't want to be spilling my guts out on the streets again and with us walking,that took a fair amount of time.

A/n
There's a couple more chapters left and I want to finish this book soon so I could move on to the next one which I'm excited to write because it has an intresting plot and it's gonna be intresting trying to express the feelings on Izzie and Casey so yeah.
