Blue's POV

"I can't believe that just happened, Delta had done it again, she's found a way to disobey me, and not only has she disobeyed me, but she did it in the worst way, she may have very well, destroyed our only chance at someone getting a mate, well not this time!" "I accept your challenge" Surge says with confidence. "No, you don't Surge, I'm not letting this happen" I interfere. "Why not?" Delta growls, "Because Alpha forbade it years ago" Blue says. Delta sighs "Fine, let's just get on with this game then".

Surge's POV

I felt so relieved when Blue stopped the challenge from happening, I almost shouted in glee, and then Delta still wanted to play the game. I thought Delta would say 'screw this' and walk away, but she didn't. "Maybe she's trying to prove that she doesn't give up on anything, or maybe she's trying to show, she's not afraid of a challenge. Maybe that's what she was trying to see when she challenged me, see if I'm afraid of a challenge, if I would give up easily" "Surge you're up first, come and grab a rock" Blue commands.

I walk over to the pile and grab a round leaf. And walk back to wait. Once everyone has picked a round leaf, we walk behind the bushes. I get behind a bush and take a deep breath before I started to unwrap the rock.

"Please be something good, please. Please and please don't be a white rock" I pray. At last the last leaf comes loose, and I reach down and grab it with my claws, and slowly lift it off. "Oh, thank god" I think to myself when I see the colour, black the rock is black.

I pick up the leaves from the ground and slowly start wrapping the rock back up careful to not rip the leaves. Once I had finished wrapping the rock back up, I stepped out from behind the bush and walked towards the area where we were talking before, only to see everyone already there waiting for me. "What to you so long, trying not to rip the leaves were you" Delta growls. "Yeah and, so what I'm just trying to be considerate for the one who had to find all the leaves that would be good for this" I snap.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Blue looks at me with an apologetic look "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you they're plastic leaves, they're not real. Sorry" she said. I turned my gaze on Blue "Wait are you telling me I just made a fool of myself? On my first day here" I questioned. Blue looked down at the ground "It would seem so" Blue said.

Blue looked up from the ground to look at me, with the raptor equivalent of a smirk on her face, "It was funny though" she added. "Yeah I have to admit it would have been funny" I started, "If it had not of been my first day here" I finish. I then look at Delta, then back to Blue "And why didn't you tell me before?" I asked her. "I kind of forgot about it myself" Blue answered, I then laughed, "What? What's so funny?" Delta snarled.

"How am I supposed to know if it's fake if I can't feel the thing? I had to grab it with claws" I argue. Charlie looked at me with a dumbfounded expression "So what if you had to grab it with your claws?" Charlie said. I glare at Charlie as if she's stupid, "Charlie" Blue said. Charlie turned to look at Blue, "Yeah" Charlie questioned. "I thought you were smart" Blue roasts.

Delta opens her jaw in shock, "And I thought I was good at roasting people" Delta said in awe, then turned to look at Blue, "Charlie's going to have to sleep in ice for the next week!" Delta stated. "I'm confused, if Blue thought I was smart then, wouldn't she be the stupid one?" Charlie asked, making the rest of us groan, "Charlie you should probably stop talking, just so you don't make yourself look stupid" Echo advises, then look at the rest of us, "Well... stupider that is" Echo clarifies. I couldn't help but feel bad for Charlie, it must be hard for her, having to put up with all of that. "Anyway, let's just get on with the game" I interrupt, "What, you don't tell me wha-" "Good idea" Blue quickly interrupts Delta.
