Ju Soo's POV
"Oppa! Wake up, you'll be late for school!" I shouted to my lazy bother, Minsu
"Ani~! 5 more minutes!" he shouted back
"No! You'll be late!" I said as I went up to his room
"Get up, lazy hamster!" I pulled his arm until he fell to the ground
"Ow!" he said "Okay, don't be too harsh, I'm older than you anyway."
"Shut up and eat your breakfast!" I said
"Ne, eomma..." he said while silently laughing
*Sigh* even though he is the oldest, he is still very lazy. Haha. Our parents are away for their business travel, so me and my brother are left here at home.
"Oppa, wait!" he went out first while I was still putting on my shoes
"C'mon, it's already 6:30!" he pouted
I was finally done with my shoes, and we both went to school together.
"Bye oppa, see you on lunch." I waved to him
"Ne, bye." and waved back to me
I went in my classroom and there I saw my best friend, Kye Lee
"Oh, Ju Soo ! Hey!" Kye Lee shouted to me
Kye Lee was my best friend ever since she moved in here.
"Annyeonghaseyo!" I said
"So, how is your brother?" she asked
"Huh? Oh, he's fine, and he is lazy as always." I said about to laugh
"Ah~Ok." she said smiling
"Why ask?" I told Kye Lee
"H-Huh?! O-Oh nothing!" she stuttered
(Hmm....suspicious...XD)
Our teacher came in and told us to sit.
"Okay class, today we have a new classmate. Please come in." Mrs. Kim said
(Huh? New classmate?)
The new classmate came in and.....he looks so handsome and cute. Lol just kidding!
"Annyeonghaseyo, joneun Lee Su Woong imnida. You may call me Suwoong. Please take care of me." he said with his cute voice
"Okay, you may sit next to Ju Soo. She is over there." Mrs. Kim pointed to the seat next to me
(W-What! He will sit next to me?!)
So after that, our teacher started discussing. I looked at him from time to time, he seems so focused on the lesson...
After 3 more classes, it was finally lunch...my favorite part!
"Kye Lee, can I eat with you?" I asked
"Ne, sure. No problem!" she smiled
"Hey, Ju Soo! Did you buy your lunch?" someone said
"Huh? Oh yes." I turned around and it was my brother
"Okay, I will be over there with my friends. Don't be shy to tell me if you need anything." he said as he left
I nodded and then I turned around seeing Kye Lee looking down and blushing.
"Huh? Is something wrong?" I asked Kye Lee
"H-Huh?! Nothing! Let's continue eating!" she said surprised
(Hmm....very suspicious...)
After eating lunch, I went to my locker to get my books for the next class...
"Well, Well. If it isn't the nerd." Hye-ri said, the most popular girl in school
"What do you want?" I said not making any eye contact
"Oh nothing, just passing by..." she said
"Ok, then I'll go now" I said as I left
Then... *Thud*
"Ow!" Hye-ri pushed me to the ground
"Why did you do that for?!"
"Don't ignore me!" she shouted
"You said you were just passing by!" I shouted back
"Shut up!" she said angrily
I couldn't talk back because she might do something to me if I did.
"Stop!" I heard a voice from behind
"Huh?" Hye-ri looked behind her
It was Suwoong...He told Hye-ri to stop...
"Stop bullying her!" he said as he held my hand and pulled me up
"Hmph!" Hye-ri left
"Are you alright? Are you hurt?" he asked me sounding worried
"N-Ne, I'm fine." I looked down blushing
"Please be careful next time. C'mon let's go to class, we'll be late." he said
I nodded...We both walked to the classroom and we were right on time. Me and Suwoong went back to our seats.
"Sorry I was a little late. I had a little 'problem'." I told Kye Lee
"Oh, okay..." she said silently
"Is there something wrong?" I asked her
"Ani.." she said
Remembering the incident in the hallways, why would he do that? He doesn't even know me that well...
