Part 19

Few hours into Trainning

I was so tired...Emilio wasn't fucking around.  This is going to be a hard day of trainning. 

Emilio-Break?
Nikko-Yeah...

Just than, Emilio "attacked" me.  I fell over and I was getting a hard time getting up.  I see why Iván wouldn't be able to do this with me.

I felt my lungs buring up, Emilio came around and did a unword dog.  He waited. 

Emilio-There is no breaks...
Nikko-I...can't...

Emilio grabbed my neck.  Not that hard that it would leave a mark but it did hurt.  I cried out, just than, Rebecca and Iván came out.

Rebecca-Getting anywhere?
Emilio-Yeah, a little.  Now you can take a break.

I got up and I knew he wasn't letting me take one.  After the 3rd time.  I knocked him down this time, not caring if I hurt him.  I want a drink of water and talk to Iván.

Nikko-Stay down!

Iván and Rebecca started laughing.  I turn into a human and grabbed my water bottle.  My lungs still hurt as a human.  I went over to Iván.

Rebecca-You tought him...
Nikko-He...didn't...let...me...get any...water...
Iván-I remember when I had to do this...
Nikko-Really?  This is hell...
Iván-Yeah I know...6 more days.
Nikko-Than what?
Iván-You fight Enrique, to see if-
Nikko-WHAT!?

I started to cough.  I can not do that.  When I die, he will kill Iván.  Why didn't he kill Iván?  Did he fight his dad?

Iván-You will do great.
Nikko-Did you fight him?
Iván-No...I fought my dad...that's not important!
Nikko-I can't do that Iv...
Emilio-Not if we don't practice!
Iván-Emilio, bud, shut up for one second...Nikko came with me.
Emilio-10 minutes.

Iván took me away from Rebecca and Emilio.  I was feeling sick.  Enrique is going to kill me.

Iván-Nikko...you don-
Nikko-He is going to kill me...he is trying to kill you so Emil-
Iván-What?
Nikko-When you had that thing when you were in pain, he sent those wolf's out to get you killed...
Iván-Nikko...I need you to Claim down.  I hate Enrique but he would never-
Nikko-You need to believe me Iván! I get that Enrique is the leader and everything but I just want to keep you safe an-
Iván-And I am safe...all you have to do is keep him down on his side or back for 10 seconds...

Iván is getting closer and I felt like an  emotional reak.  He makes me feel this way.  That I need to go out of my way to keept him safe when I know he can protect himself...

Iván-I promise you...he can't kill another wolf that is in the pack...
Nikko-But do you think he will care when I'm-
Iván-He would just kill a innocent wolf, he can't come to me or Emilio.  He would be dead himself.

He grabbed my head and pulled me to him.  I hugged him and just kept crying in his shirt.  He kissed my head and he didn't let go.  This is what I want.  Not meaningless words.  Hugs.  Kisses.  Everything.
