Y/N point of view
I can't believe it. I finally let (y/f/n) take me to the ren fair after asking EVERY YEAR. And what does she do?! Ditches me to go hook up with some stranger!!! I can't even go home, because she was supposed to be my ride, but I don't think I'll be getting her back anytime soon. She made me wear a dress and everything. I hate dressing up, but decided to do it for her.

Guess that went to waste.
I look around, seeing people surrounding me. It feels as if the air around me is getting thinner and thinner. All I can see is people. People staring at me. I can't breathe. There's no way to escape this.
I run to the nearest bathroom and lock myself in a stall. Shallow, quick breaths are the only things escaping my lips. My lungs are screaming for oxygen, and barely being supplied with enough to keep me conscious. My vision is slowly fading in and out, and I can see black spots everywhere I look. I decided that I need to go back outside and get some fresh air.
There's a small bench next to the bathrooms. I look up and see the scotch egg stand, making me let out a choked chuckle. (Y/f/n) had promised to get me a scotch egg if I came. It was the only reason I was here. My stomach growled, reminding me that I hadn't eaten all day. Too bad I didn't ing my wallet, as (y/f/n) said she would pay for everything. I knew it sounded too good to be true, now I'm just hungry.
Courtney POV
We're filming at the Ren Fair. Damien had been begging for scotch eggs the entire time we were here. While eating scotch eggs, I look over to see my friend, (y/n). She's crying, and I can tell she just had an attack. I wonder what happened, and why she's here. She isn't the type of person to come to places like this.
I decided to walk over to here and see what's wrong. (a/n italics is y/n talking for right now) Hey girl! What are you doing here?" "(y/f/n) forced me here." "She's here? Where is she?" "I don't know, fucking some dude she just met. Wouldn't even get me a scotch egg." "Come hang out with my friends. It'll be fun!" "O-okay.."
Nobody's POV
Courtney drags (y/n) over to where her friends sit. "Hey guys, this is (y/n). She's gonna join us because I said so."
Everyone introduces themselves to (y/n), but one specific boy caught her eye. A boy with dark brown hair, with a blue streak. She admires him from across the table, while they all talk as friends. He catches her staring, and she quickly looks away.
*magical quarantine time skip*
They had finally finished their recording, and were about to leave. "Hey Courtney, I would it be okay if I got a ride with you? (Y/f/n) was my ride." "Of course!"
As everyone was saying their goodbyes, Damien pulled (y/n) to the side. You just stand there, looking into each other's eyes for some time. He glances at your lips, and you do the same to his. He reaches to cup your cheek with one hand, putting the other on your waist. "Can I...?" He quietly asks. You just lean in to close the gap between you, causing sparks to ignite in your hearts. You kissed his soft lips, a gentle but passionate kiss that made you melt.
After you two broke apart, you just smiled at each other. You exchange numbers, putting his contact as Renaissance Knight❤️ "I'll see you around, m'lady" He dramatically bows while saying so. You giggle, making his face turn a little pink. "Your giggle is adorable, I must say." Now it was your turn to blush, making you look down and smile. He put his finger under your chin, lifting your face to look him in the eye. He then leans in and plants a short but sweet kiss on your lips. You wave to each other and get in separate cars.
Courtney looks at you and says, "girl you HAVE to tell me everything that just happened. Leave no detail unturned hunny." You guys laugh and sing and have a great time on the way home, and spend the night at her house for fun.
Maybe the Ren Fair wasn't too bad after all.
