"OK Thadeus, we came now tell us what is going on or I'll kill you," Janet and I sitting there with him in an office we passed on the way in, I had a feeling it was his it was eccentric but stylish. "You have 10 seconds before I rip your head off like a rag doll."
"No need for the hostility Tyler," he says as he pours some drinks "what if I told you that all of this is all part of something bigger than all of us?" Tossing 2 ice cubes in each. I look at him puzzled, "What do you mean?" I looked at Jordan "we're already part of something bigger, do you mean there's more?" Thadeus hands us both a glass of aged scotch and goes back for his as he continues, "Do you remember our mission in the Dominican Republic?" He sits in a wing back chair and looks at us with heavy intent, "when we lost Abbigail?"
I tense up when he mentions her name, "Yeah, I remember..," My mind going blank as I think of what happened, "You either die in battle or you become part of the darkness, what about her?" I sat there thinking of the oath we took never to speak of her or that mission ever again.
"On that day not only did I swear to never speak of it again, I swore to find a way to make all of the pain and heartache worth it..," He hesitated before he continued, "not only is J.P. a clone but I am too." I looked at Jordan with a concerned look, "I know what you're thinking and yes it may seem strange but you've seen it yourself this is nothing but the truth."
I look at Jordan, "So what you're saying is that this whole facility is just a camp for clones?" I sat there thinking about all of the people we saw walking through the facility, "Yes, I didn't believe it at first either but there's more to this than you think.., I got sick of the darkness, not remembering who I am until they gave me his memories. This is bigger than all of us, before I go any further I need to ask you if you will help me or not." I looked at Janet, "What do you think baby?" She looks at me with a thoughtful and concerned look on her face, "So far everything you have said seems sound Thadeus, we'll follow you to death you know that. But go against us and we will have no problem killing you or any of the clones they throw at us, do you understand?"
Thadeus with a straight face, "I understand, shall we make our way to the chopper?"
