"Nee-cha—mph?!" Someone grabbed Dazai Osamu's mouth harshly. The poor lad's fragile body shook aggressively as the person pinned him down with a dagger grazed his skin.

"Don't touch him!" A hoarse voice screamed her lungs out. Tears streamed down her face. Her body was full of bruised and her right knee was scattered. She crawled across the torn house, letting the glass pieces stabbing her. "P-please. I beg you. S-spare my little brother."

"The deal is the deal." The assassin's voice sounded cold.

"Please. He's all I have left." The girl now was a foot away from her little brother.

"Well, too bad—" the assassin was about to stab the poor little lad when he suddenly remembered the face the girl made.

Everything was on a slow motion. The girl's bloody scream and the poor lad's horrified state was fading away as the dagger stopped in front of the lad's eye. It was a second. Then the second turned into two and go on. For the solid minute they stayed in the same position until the assassin relaxed his posture and sighed.

"Alright. Let's make a new deal." The assassin hit the back of Osamu's head and made the lad collapsed.

"Osamu!" The girl hurriedly crawled to her brother, but the assassin tossed Osamu's body away, hitting a wall quite far away from him.

The assassin squatted in front of the girl, he yanked her matted hair, made her looked at him. There was no horror in her eyes, but pure hatred. "You come with me to Port Mafia, and I'll let the boss decide your fate. Don't worry, I'll spare your little brother tho."

"...Alright." She gritted her teeth as the assassin held her up and walked away from the burning scattered building.

Osamu, the poor boy, forcing his eyes opened with his last energy, looking at his sister being carried away like a rug. "N-nee-chan." He whimpered before passed out.

Be safe, Osamu. Nee-chan loves you.
