Birds chirp cheerfully amongst the trees, as the sun shines bright. Groaning Teddy blearily opens his eyes, Dolly stirring soon after against his chest. Looking around cautiously he spots a cabin nearby them, picking up the yawning doll he heads to it. Before entering he knocks on the large wooden door. "Hello? Does anyone live here?" Teddy calls out, hearing no reply he enters finding it abandoned. Dolly now fully awake looks up to Teddy, blue eyes full of fear and innocence. "Teddy..where are we?" She shyly asks. With a smile he tells her. "Home my dear." Looking her over he notices how bad a condition shes in, her clothes are shredded. Both of thm still covered in dried blood and grime, most of hair now short as well. Frowning he goes to fix them a bath. Later that day he works on fixing her clothes, the shoes were salvagable, along with her bow used as a sash. But her yellow dress had to be shorted along with the sleeves, keeping the white trims. He put up the bit of remaining long hair into a pair of pigtails. After that the two lived together, making the cabin there own. Over the decades their companionship grew. Teddy started to fall in love with his dear Dolly, and her love for him far purer then his own. He vowed to protect her till the ends of time, so no one would be allowed to hurt her again.
