(Side not I already am changing how I am writing this because this way seems way more entertaining.)
The concert was amazing. There were people screaming, dancing, and singing.
After the last song plays Noah says to me "There's a party at Emanuel house after this. You wanna go?" Noah says.
"Yeah, sure it's Friday so my dad doesn't care when I get home as long as I text him."
Just then I remember that I forgot to text my dad when I got here. I pull out my phone and text my dad "Hey dad. Sorry I forgot to text you. But I'm safe and with Chloe. I'm going to go to a party with Noah. I'll text you when I'm on my way back home."
I read over the text before I send it to my dad.
We get up out of our seat and head toward the exit. Chloe follows behind us.
"I'm really tired I'm going to go home." she says before hugging me.
"Take care of her." She says before heading of to her care.
Noah and I get in his car. We drive to Emanuel's house for the party. His house his huge. There are a bunch of cars pulled into the driveway.
Noah parks the car and we get out of the car and head inside.
Everywhere you looked there was smoking, drinking, dancing, kissing, you know typical high school stuff.
Emanuel walks up to Noah and I and says "What is up lady and gentleman."
He does a handshake with Noah before turning toward me.
"Who is this cutie." Emanuel says smiling. His smile this so charming. He has beautiful dark skin, dark brown eyes, short hair in a wave style. Man he is gorgeous.
"I'm Naomi." I say trying not to blush and his comment. I'm sure he says that to everyone.
"Well hello Naomi. I'm Emanuel as you may know. Drinks are over there. Dancing is over there. Smoking is over there." He states pointing to each section as he talks about it.
"If you need anything." He says as he takes my phone out my hand and puts his number in it.
"Call me." He says doing a call me hand sign as he walks away.
I look up at Noah who has been looking at me this whole time.
"What?" I say looking at him.
"Nothing stripes." He says walking away from the front door and me.
I watch as Noah walks over toward where Emanuel called "The drinking area" but there are red cups filled with what I'm guessing isn't fruit punch.
I walk over toward the corner away from everyone else. I don't really know why I came to the party.
I really don't like parties. The last time I went to a party was in my freshman year.
Freshman year was a bad year for me. It was the year I lost my mom.
But it has been around four years since that happened. I'm a senior now.
It's kind of hard to believe that it was about four years ago. It feel so new still.
There are a couple of tables and chairs in the corner. Some tables have people sitting at them and talking.
But the one in the very corner has no one and nothing there. I sit in corner seat at the corner table.
I pull out my phone (11%) and scroll through Instagram for a bit.
I get bored of Instagram and still don't really want to party with anyone so I scroll through my contacts. Figuring out who to text.
