Tiredly stepping out of my car in my scrubs.

Groaning at how late I am I make my way inside the house, greeted by the twins' hugs, "mama!" They yell, leaning down kissing both their cheeks, "hello" I smile, "I thought we agreed no hugging mommy while she's in her work clothes" I frown, "sorry" they giggle happily, "where's Elizabeth?" I question, "upstairs" Luca shrugs. The kids had grown so much they were 9 years old. Nodding my head before rushing up to our bedroom. "I know, I know I'm late, I'm s-" "I specifically asked you to be early" Alex groans as he buttons up a black dress shirt, walking over to him, pecking his lips, "I know baby,I will be ready in a few I promise" I say taking my scrubs off before rushing to the bathroom....

Washing my hair then taking a quick shower. Hurriedly wrapping a towel around my body. Quickly styling my hair tying it in a tight low bun. Going for bold look, applying the bright red lipstick. Grabbing the diamond earrings in my jewelry box, running over to the closet I put them on.

Searching for a dress I quickly grab the first one I see, knowing it's not exactly best for the occasion but Alex will murder me if I spend more time.
