I got my duffel bag from my room and looked at myself in the mirror for the last time. I grinned as I saw how my galaxy-designed sneakers fit in with my kimono and navy shorts. I called Arianna, my sister, to get in our Volvo. If you were wondering where we were going, my sister's urging to go to a band's concert so called, 5 Seconds of Summer in Phoenix. Arianna, as my little sister always got what she wanted. She practically begged our parents to go to this stupid concert. So my parents eventually allowed, as long as I went with her. They bought two expensive tickets, of course, I was thankful but I never liked those guys. I'm more of an All Time Low person. I wonder when they were gonna have a concert where I was allowed to go to. I'm 19 years old and my sister 14.

We said our goodbyes to our parents multiple times especially since we were staying there for at least two weeks of our summer. As soon as we got out of the driveway, I decided to make small talk. "I actually can't believe we're letting mum and dad spend for you." Arianna cringed. She didn't like the thought of me accusing her of money problems in the household. "For us," she corrected. "You obviously want to go to that concert too," Honestly, I did. It totally wouldn't be fair if my sister went to a concert before I did. "Look Ari, I just want you to have a good time. Kay?" She nodded.

The whole drive to the airport was silent. Arianna just listened to songs in her iPod, probably 5sos music. A flight from ours to Phoenix is six hours, an exhausting six hours. But the flight was surprisingly fast.

As soon as we got of the plane, I inhaled the sunny air of Phoenix. It was the afternoon sun that displayed how beautiful the place was. We booked our stay in a hotel named La Arroma, 12 blocks from where the arena was. This trip was probably going to be a fun one.
