Mrs Peters was sat in the living room with the news on the television she was sat on the sofa watching it silently "William dear would you come in here a minute?" she called into the kitchen William walked in passing a cup of tea to his wife "What is it Eileen dear?" he asked sitting down "it's Adam he's having an interview with the police" she said sighing.

"Do you really think Adam would have killed his friend Simon Sterling?" William asked concerned Eileen looked at him and shook her head "No. He couldn't have I know him he's a good boy he's innocent in all of this" she said quite firmly. William nodded in agreement.

"But what if he wasn't so innocent what if he didn't personally kill Simon but got someone else to do it. I mean him and Simon did fall out with each other." William explained Eileen looked at him and shook her head "No he would never kill people even if they did have a falling out." she said sternly not believing in what her husband is saying she starts pacing back and forth in front of the TV "Hey, Hey calm down dear they will prove his innocence" William said holding Eileen's shoulders, "I just can't see our son murdering his best friend. he wouldn't do that" she said stressing out

"Hey, we know that, his friends know that. its going to be alright my dear" William said rubbing his 35 year old wife's back. Eileen relaxed after awhile and sat down drinking her tea silently. "Larry is being held in a cell as well though they have suspicions about him too they think he was involved" Eileen said out of the blue William looked at her in surprise

"but that's one of Adam's mates" he said in shock turning his body to face her

"I know they probably have all of Adam's friends in there and probably questioning them causing them a lot of stress and pressure" she said sighing "we have to go in and speak on all their behalves this isn't fair on them at all they couldn't have had anything to do with it they are all innocent" she said stressed out.

"We do not know that dear." William said calmly she looked at him and crossed her arms over her chest "they will have to keep us updated on what is going on" he said coolly. Eileen was speechless she looked at William and shook her head. "Hey what's the head shaking about?" he asked curiously she glared at him.

"How can you be so calm about this situation our son is in jail so is all his friends, they could have been framed, they could be sat in there for nothing, now I know we've had issues with our money and with Simon's dad and that's our problem Adam doesn't need to know that but doesn't mean you can be so calm about our own son being in jail and being innocent throughout this whole situation" Eileen explained with her arms crossed William looked at her.

"Look, Eileen my dear we just need to keep track on what's going on and not mention Simon's dad or our financial issues in front of Adam at any point he doesn't need to know we are just trying to give him the best life he can imagine and look after him the best we can" he said calming his wife down.

"What about his other friends?" she asked worried he looked at her and smiled lightly.

"Don't worry about them for now lets just keep calm and mentally stable" he said smiling sitting down on the sofa. Eileen looked at him and started to become suspicious.

"Are you hiding something from me Will?" she asked curiously William looked at her a little confused.

"No I'm not hiding something from you dear why would you ask that?" he asked still calm. Eileen shook her head "you just seem happy about this whole situation" she said curiously William sighed

"Look, I may be a little happy but I am not happy about the situation I am just trying to stay positive even though our son and his friends are in jail probably framed. we will have to wait and see what happens" he explained sitting back on the couch Eileen sat next to him and put the news back on.
