Your footsteps echo in tandem with the man next to you as you walk through the almost empty corridors of  U.A.

"You're late, get to class." He says, causing the few students around you to practically run away, fearing his bandaged gaze.

"Aren't we late too?" You point out.

"We have actual reasons." He counters.

"What if they do? Oh! What if one of them has recently lost a loved one so they are barely motivated to do anything and you're basically punishing them for losing said loved one?"

The man just pinches the bandages on the bridge of his nose and sighs. You, meanwhile smile in victory and continue the rest of the walk in silence. That is, until he decides to break it.

"There are certain members of 1-A that can get... rowdy. You've been warned" He ominously states.

"That's... reassuring." You mutter, unsure if taking the offer to come to U.A. was a good idea.

"So, want to come to U.A?" The weird humanoid mouse thing more states than asks.

"Yeah."

Your small flashback is interrupted when Mr. Monotone puts his hand on your shoulder to prevent you from walking past the entrance to 1-A's homeroom; inside you can hear laughing and shouting and everything in between. Except crying.

"You first?" You gesture towards the door. "Or should I just walk in and confuse everyone?"

Aizawa smirks under his bandages. "Up to you."

You nod and decide to open the door and walk in,  the once loud class immediately goes silent apart from the expected whispering when a stranger walks in unannounced.

"Is he a new student?"

"I hope he's strong!"

"HOT!"

That last comment is shouted rather than whispered and you give the pink girl with horns who yelled it a wink and a smile.

"Alright that's enough." Aizawa walks in, seemingly bored already. "This is Y/N Knight, he's a student from England so his Japanese isn't... as good as ours, to put it kindly."

"Piss off." You say in English, seemingly understanding enough of what Aizawa said to know it was an insult.

Most of the class also seemed to get the message of what you said, with only a couple actually understanding what you mean.

Switching back to Japanese you address the class. "Like you heard, I'm Y/N. Please call me as such, and I look forward to meeting you all properly." You finish with a smile.

"Thank you Y/N, take a seat next to Yaoyorozu." He motions to an empty seat next to a black haired girl, who then slightly waves at you to confirm that indeed, that was the correct empty chair.

"You'll also have noticed that Koji Koda is missing from the class." Aizawa continues, he has transferred with Y/N to a school in England. That's all I know."

Aizawa's 2nd announcement causes a few people to relax slightly but most people have little to no reaction.

"Must not have been very important to the plot." You mutter, then chuckle lightly.
