Oh holy fuck! I was still in shock as I stared at that guy. It was like a horrible nightmare come true. My heart picked up it’s pace and began beating so fast, I thought I was gonna die of a heart attack.
“You’re... you’re...” I tried to say his name but I just can’t. Too afraid to say it.
He raises an eyebrow at me, “Sorry... Have we met?”
“No.”
“Why are you here then?”
“Nothing. I was sort of just lost.” I said tryna make it sound convincing. I guess that was convincing enough.
Silence crept in then in a second, he grabs his gun and pulls me quickly beside him and he points the gun right to my head. The cold metal really rubbing against the side of my head. Mmmhh... SOS.
“JASON! I KNOW YOU’RE IN HERE! BETTER COME ON OUT BEFORE I BLOW OUT YOUR GIRLFRIEND’S BRAINS OUT!” he screams out loud throughout their area. Tugtugtugtugtug __/\_/\_/\_/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\_ ... thats my heartbeat right now.
Jason, Please save me? Oh who am I kidding? You already know, he won’t give two shits if you’ll die right here and there. “Jassonnn!!” I cried buoyantly.
Jason’s P.O.V.
“Jaasoonn!!” I hear her cry behind these crates. You can’t just stay here and listen to her cry all night. I know, there’s more to you than a criminal. You could be a vigilante. If not to everyone, at least for her.
I signalled Ares to get prepared and he gives me the nod. I peeked a bit from the side of the crates to see where they mostly are.
“Give me the stinkbomb, A.” I whispered to him and he immediately follows my order. I pulled the pin then slid it to them. Fortunately, it wasn’t that loud when it slid or anything. Ares and I wore our face masks so we wouldn’t be affected by the bomb.
I ran towards Mary and motioned her to follow me. I held her tiny little soft hand and we exited the room through the window like ninjas. Bitches!
“Where’s Ares?” she asks looking at me with concerned eyes. She’s so cute.
“He’ll be here. Aight?”
Ares comes flying out of the same window. “Do it, man! The gas is beginning to clear up!” he yells at him.
“Yeah! Okay!” Fuck this man! I pulled out a cherry bomb out of my pocket and fired it up, then threw it immediately in their H.O.
We ran as fast as we could away from the building before those explodes. Before we even got halfway away from the building it already went—BOOM!! So were ourselves.
Suddenly, we were all already on the ground. We looked at each other and started laughing hysterically.
“Hurry up! Cops might get here as earlier. Cause that boom, went off real louder than expected.”
We stood up then ran again even faster towards the van. This is crazy! That is one thought, I could never get out of my mind no matter how many times I do it.
“Ahh!” Mary screams as she goes down falling. Sheesh! This girl really. So clumsy. She groans in pain.
“Mar, are you okay?” Ares asks her. “Hurry!” Can’t this guy wait? She’s in pain! Can’t he see this?
She just stayed there pathetically on the ground and frowned like a child. I rolled my eyes and sighed in frustration. Just carry her, Jase. It wouldn’t kill you. I picked her up and carried her in my arms. She was obviously surprised by my action by the looks of her staring at me like some superman. I am not. Just to be clear.
