Big Brother

Chapter 1

My mother hasn't even talked about this person she was dating so it came to be a complete shock to me when I found out she was marrying him.

"Don't you like it?" Mom asked as she showed my the large rock neatly placed on her finger. I slowly nodded my head then looked up at her.

"What's his name again?" I mumbled as I tried to rap my head around the news.

"John!" She squeaks "He'll be at your game tonight"

That's right! I now remember the football game taking place tonight and I feel a little better that I can see all my friends.

"His son is playing" she says and she examines her new ring closely.

"Oh so his son goes to my school?" I feel even more better thinking this because that means I might know who he is.

"No he plays against your school tonight."  She casually states. My heart drops. "Now go get ready for your game! You don't want to be late for warm ups!"

She strolls into the kitchen before I can say anything. Well shit, this is going to cause some drama isn't it?

"He goes where?" My friend Livia exclaims as we stroll onto the field.

"University high!" I huff "I swear I didn't know my mom was dating the dad of a traitor!!"

"Wait, do you think you're going to have to move?" Livia asks. This didn't even occur to me.

I didn't get to answer her because my boyfriend ran up to me and flipped me over his shoulder. Since I'm such a petite girl he did this with grace.

"Garret!!" I scream blushing. He puts me down and pecks my lips before jogging to the center of the field where the boys are practicing. I didn't get to talk to Livia more because our couch blew her whistle calling the girls to start their drills.

Once warm ups were over and we gone over all of the routine I meet back up with Livia to talk to her more.

"Well if you do move I'll still be your friend, I don't know about the others though, they take this rivalry too far." She sighs as she gulps down some water.

"Thanks babe" I flip my hair over my shoulders. "Who do you think it is though?" I glance over to her to see nose scrunched up while she thinks.

"Hopefully Tony" she giggles. "He's so hot!"

"Dude, it's not like I'll be fucking him. He'll be my brother" I roll my eyes at her and her hornyness.

"Step brother. And if you won't I will" she giggles even more as I shoved her shoulder.

"I guess he is kinda hot but I doubt it'll be him." I say as I start to do some stretches.

"I mean his dad is single" Livia states.
