Today I wake up and check my phone to see multiple messages. One from Hayden, one from Hayley, and one from my mom.

Mom: Sweetie your father and I are gone on a business trip for the next week. We are going to need you to take care of Rosie while we're gone. I don't if you're sister told you but she's staying with coco so it's just you and Hayden. We talked with your school and it's ok if you bring her. If not you two have permission to skip school. I love you sweetie. Sorry for springing this on you. Annie: Ok! That's fine! When will you guys be back? Mom: Probably not until late Monday. You know how these things go. Annie: Ok! Have fun! Don't work too hard!
I quickly get dressed into a pair of black high waisted leggings with pockets and one of Hayden's grey sweatshirts. I throw my hair up into a messy bun and do some light makeup. I then put my phone in my pocket and quickly head downstairs. I see a note hanging on the fridge giving me a little direction on how to care for Rosie. I then go to mom and dad's room to wake her up. I rub her back and she slowly starts to wake up. "Rosie, sweetie, it's time to get up." I say and she eventually sits up. "Who are you?" She asks. "I'm Annie. Your new sister. You have another sister but she's not here right now." I say. "What's her name? Where's mommy and daddy?" She asks. "Her name is Hayley. I'll show you a picture of her. Mommy and daddy are on a trip. They will be back soon. Until then I get to take care of you with my boyfriend Hayden!" I say and show her a picture of Hayley. "Where's Hayden?" She asks. "He's at the store. He'll be back soon." I say and she nods and lays her head in my lap. "Rosie do you want to pick out your outfit or do you want me to?" I ask her and she points at me. "Ok." I say and pick her up to carry her on my hip. I eventually pick something she likes and get her dressed:
