When I got home after what just happened with my friends and Darien, I went straight to my room. “Noel! Dinner Time!” my mom yelled. “Coming!” I yelled back. When I got downstairs I went to the kitchen and sat down in my seat. When supper was over I went straight back to my room and flopped down on my bed. The next day was Saturday. I went downstairs very early in the morning and turned on the TV to my favorite TV show. When it was over I turned off the TV and went back to bed. When I woke up again it was 2:00 in the afternoon. I yawned and stretched while getting out of bed. I put on some clean clothes and walked downstairs. “Now repeat after me: Moon Prism Power!” a voice said from Serena’s room. I looked in a little bit. “Ok! Moon Prism Power!” Serena yelled. When she said those three words she started to glow, and her outfit had changed completely. I stared at her in shock. “Whoa! I will never study that hard again!” she said. “You are now known as Sailor Moon.” the voice said. I looked over at where the voice was coming from and I saw that it came from a black cat with a yellow crescent moon on its forehead. The voice actually came from the cat.
I backed away from the door slowly so that they wouldn’t hear me. When I was away from the door I ran down the stairs and into the living room panting. “Good afternoon Noel.” My father said. “Good afternoon father.” I panted. “Are you ok?” My brother Sammy asked. “I just saw a talking cat in Serena’s room.” I said. My parents and brother just laughed at me. “Oh honey, you must still be dreaming. You know we don’t have any pets here.” My mother said. “I wasn’t dreaming! There really was a talking cat in Serena’s room!” I said. “Sure there was. And I thought I saw a talking dog in the park yesterday.” Sammy teased.
