Caitlin's POV
I'm the maid of honor at Barry's and iris's wedding. I couldn't be more heartbroken. If I object it could ruin Barry's life as well as iris's. But I have to think about myself at some point in life.
"Does anyone object?" The officiater asks
"I'm sorry Barry and iris but I object." I Say looking at them
"What why?" Barry asks looking heartbroken
"I love you Barry, and I know what I'm doing is wrong and selfish but when was the last time anyone asked if I was ok. I've been selfless all these years I've known you two, but now I just need you to know that." I Say
Iris ran out. I look at Barry and he looks at me and shakes his head and followed iris. A tear slips out of my eyes. I wipe my tears and look at Joe.
"I'm so sorry Joe." I Say
"You hurt my daughter, and I will never forgive you." He says
"I understand." I Say as I look at Cisco and Walk to him.
"I ruined everything." I Say as a tear slips out of my eyes
"It's okay, everything is gonna be okay. Go talk to them." Cisco says
"Ok." I say walking down as everyone stares at me
I find them.
"Hi I just came to apologize." I Say
Iris than slaps me across the face. A tear slips out of my eyes as I put my hand on my cheek. Iris than walks out.
"I'm so sorry Barry." I Say
"How could you do this? Do you know how selfish your being?" He asks
"I know I'm sorry." I Say
"No I'm sorry that I thought we were friends, best friends." He says
"We are, you can still marry iris and we can still be friends." I Say
"I'm sorry we can't." He says
"Please Barry I already lost Ronnie, I can't lose you too." I Say crying
"I'm sorry but you ruined my wedding." He says as he walks out
I start sobbing, and than felicity found me crying and he comes to me and hugs me.
The next day
Im at star labs and I'm packing up my files and put it in my suitcase. As I'm leaving with my suitcase Barry walks in.
"Caitlin what's going on? Where are you going?" He asks
"I'm leaving permanently." I Say
"Why?" He says
"Why do you care? You don't want to be friends and you obviously don't want me hear." I say as a tear slips out of my eyes
"That's not true, I want you here." He says
"No you don't. I hope your happy with iris. Goodbye Barry." I Say
"Iris broke up with me." He says
"I'm sorry. I have to go." I say
I go to star city.
1 month later
Barry's POV
"Cisco do you have any idea where she could be?" I ask
"No I told you I don't know Barry!" He yells
"Are you okay?" I ask
"No your the reason she left, your the reason why my best friend left. I will never be okay." He says
"I know I'm sorry I didn't mean for that to happen." I Say
"I've known you for 4 years now and I know you have feelings for her." He says
"Your right I do have feelings for her I just denied it." I Say
"I know where she is." He says
"Where? Please tell me I need her back please." I beg
"Star city arrow cave." He says
I run to the arrow cave. Caitlin looks at me as I look at her.
"Hi Caitlin." I Say
